Has anyone seen the SN badplay? It’s been couple of weeks, where I haven’t seen the SN play. Hope you guys didn’t really actually ban him. I don’t think he was cheating. His plays were interesting and annoying!

calling the nevada gaming commission after 4 days seems a bit extreme. ive had cashouts take anywhere from a few hours to a week.

FYI most online poker has an anti-money laundry setup requiring you to play through the full deposit amount at least one time. Not sure if that is what happen to you are not, but worth checking out. I would think you should have got an e-mail saying withdraw declined along with their reason.

Another thing to check out if it's your first time depositing/withdrawing, go back to the cashier option in the WSOP client or web browser and see if they are any pending request for documentations under another tab. That's what held up my 1st withdraw I did back during the pandemic. I think mine was only showing up only in the web browser and not the PC client software for some reason.

Just call them, I have called them before to get my withdraws done faster when I was leaving the country and they are much better over the phone then email.
Got my withdrawal done within an hour after calling them, although I was doing a withdrawal to the casino cage if that makes a difference.


Who else got their BR builder bonuses today? My numbers don't make any sense b/c the promotion made no sense and was worded weird. I got 316 levels during this period and got rewarded $158 in bonus and I am still clueless on how the math worked for this.

Same! I am currently at level 131, and I earned 66 dollars for the promo. I thought the amount was based on the difference in levels earned between the two time periods, but looking at both our numbers, it might just be based on levels earned in just this time period? And why so low, the math doesn’t make any sense, I hope someone can shed some light on their formula. I remember last time they did this, it also didn’t make any sense.


I contacted support the other day and they didn't have any clue how the math and points system would work regarding the BR builder as well.

For people who played in the previous period, it was points earned in the previous period divided by 400 from the formula shown in the promotion terms and conditions, which was strange and did not incentivize more play once you hit the target. This would be equal to 25% free play from what you contributed in the previous period. People who didn't play in the previous period could still get something.

It could be 25% free play of what you contributed from December 1 thru 8, as long as you met the target, but so far only 1/5 of that has been given. Based on your numbers and the person above you and my reward, if you multiply by 5, the result is almost exactly equal to 25% free play.

Yeah I got $37 for hitting level 75, thought I would be getting $160 or so.

I like that they are trying new things but please don’t run a promo like this again, was very confusing how much we would get, troubles even opt in, etc.

I am glad to get any extra rb so not complaining, But there must be better promotions they can run to draw people in then this.


They made the same mistake as last year with the promotion. No guarantee it will be fixed. I looked back at posts in this thread from the last time, and some players emailed support regarding the bonus and probably got their attention.


Does anyone here recieve the WSOP report emails when they rqeuest them? I dont see them in spam or junk. I tried gmail and outlook.

yesterday and today i login, get sec code, get loc verified then play 10+ min and crashes. from there i log back on and insta crashes again after tables reload.

Anyone know what will become of the multi-state WSOP sites (i.e. NV, PA, MI, DE, NJ, WV) now that GGPoker owns the WSOP and does not appear to have any state licenses to operate in US?

It's my understanding the arrangement with PartyPoker software and then the individual casinos that run each state's WSOP skin are contracted at least through some of 2026 but what after that? Is there a plan for GGPoker to somehow get the state operating licenses or will all of these states and players suddenly get shut out of WSOP online circuit/bracelet events and WSOP ME seat satties ?

Have you not tried to call them? They answer right away by phone as stated in this thread already. Waiting for a reply by email you will be waiting for nothing.

And for the person who said they could withdraw without having to be in Vegas, how is that possible, given that the only options offered are cash withdrawals at the Vegas casino? As a professional, this really doesn't make me want to play again, and I can't imagine what it's like for recreational players. I understand better now why they had to combine the different WSOP events and yet still have such low traffic. Who wants to play on a site where it can take more than 15 days to withdraw their own funds?
