It is just simply way too sketch in every way possible, no “pro” will ever buy flush draw insurance like this in their life time. And I don’t know if anyone noticed, goldenturtle 3 weeks ago has 830k hands, now 910k, that’s 80k hands within 3 weeks roughly 4000 hands a day. This obviously is possible if u never sleep but I’m fairly certain most would guess he is account sharing.

New update, same issues.
Button still does not move correct on a regular basis.
Random shutdowns when you close a table.
Log back in after the shutdown and 1 of my tables pops up, 2 others inc 1 active table no pop up.
Log back in again and 2 tables I'm sitting alone fine, other one is blacked out. with random pop up up about my chips.

today I had a new type of problem with the software
some stakes appear and disappear, I was trying to open tables at 2/4/8 and 5/10/20 and I noticed when that at some point i wasnt able to see any 2/4/8 and I wasnt able to see the stake on the filters, then it also happened on the 5/10/20 then I was able to see both again for a short period of time and then I wasnt able to see those stakes...
I was playing 2 tables of 2/4/8 at that time with out problems
Those coaching ads, I wonder if golden turtles coaching includes how to buy full pot insurance on flush draws for balance and when to jump from 248 stake to 100200400 for ev. And how to play 4k hands a day in balancing your schedule and life. Golden is way too successful as he drives race cars and lives in high end luxury residences all made from poker.
Today i could see a few tables and thought I'd wait for a seat to open. The very artificial intelligence found out, closed it down and called me a predator when i tried to rejoin 😃
I mean there is no wait list, so what else could you do to wait for a seat.....
Played a lot today, I must say the software felt very decent... as smooth as it's been in a long time.
On the other hand, tables were loaded with new accounts, very few hands, solid stats, bot like behaviour. As if someone was trying to reinject action on a more presentable software.
I could also be going crazy because poker, but.....

The problem is, when you start a session and within few minutes start all 4 tables, soft is running smoothly.
But when you have a problem to open the tables (and refresh the lobby a LOT) it starts to lag after a while.
So im quite sure, that the constant lobby refresh causes the soft lagging.

It only takes a few minutes to send in a quick email at the end of your session and WPTG are very generous in rewarding people who provide helpful info. They have rewarded me several thousand dollars over the last year just for being diligent in sending in these reports.

How do you report them? Do you send emails? Or is it in game reports, thanks
What I do is take screenshots on my phone while I am playing and then send an email to [email]security@wptglobal.com[/email]. It might be impossible to stop this problem completely but we don't need to do that. We just need to do enough so that it is not profitable for the operators of these accounts which means getting enough of their funds confiscated.

Do you report two accounts at once? Or just one account? what determines you from reporting? There are just so many accounts or do you just report new accounts whenever you see them? Thanks man

I send emails which can sometimes have 20+ screenshots of these accounts. They come and go every day.
Another thing that is worth mentioning is that WPTG offers up to I think it's $5k in rewards for insider information on cheating. I'm sure many of those who are involved in the cheating follow this thread.

I think we can evenly divide up goldenturtles 5k but his backend is too powerful, nothing makes sense for golden, doesn’t matter if you label him as a pro or a whale that punts everyday, but he is for sure unfiltered under “super agent” or “superpower”
In order to be a losing player in 900k hands (his hands still increase 4k a day everyday right now btw), one can calculate how much he needs to lose to sustain 900k “recreational player punts”, never mind that he tells the world he’s a professional and offers high end poker courses.
Alex hasn't posted here or tweeted since Jan 21, so possible he got caught up in the latest "corporate restructure" that WPT went through last week.

I'll just play a devils advocate 😃 this happened to me once as well. I got KK preflop and the software lagged (as usual at that time), so my hand went to the muck. I got so angry, so I bought SD and villain had AA 😃
Honestly this might be the case too, I said it could be a missclick, or not.
