I haven't revcieved any replies since then. Could you do me a favor ask them again why my previous address proof in China is not valid?
As I mentioned that I am living in US, it tooks a lot time and effort to get an address proof in China. I even spent money to translate it into english.
If I couldn't get a clear explanation, how could I get the valid document. I have sent documents both in China and US over and over again. All of them

I need your help. I have been playing at 888 poker for several years, my account is verified, during this time I have made many deposits. In October, I requested a withdrawal to a Visa card. Some of the funds were transferred, but most were not. The support service said that the bank was rejecting the transfer of money. I made a card from another bank, which informed me that there were no restrictions on accepting payments. The money was still not transferred. As a result, three credit cards disappeared from my withdrawal methods. I know that the reason is not in the bank, as the support service wrote. At the moment, the money has not been transferred to me and it is not in the game account. And I do not need to know why this is happening, I just want to get my money. No, last time i recieved email with "last thing to verify your account" i replied to this, provided again all docs etc, ive been to chat online with 888 they've said that thing is being looked, but its now over a week and i havent recieved anything yet.
Will be really thankfull if you will get this thing done for me

Thank you for responding to my request. Yes, I received a letter from support. But it is just a copy of the previous responses. Support again writes that it is my bank that does not accept the transfer (this is not true) and suggests waiting another 5 days. What can I say to this? I am 99.9% sure that the money will not appear in my account, I would really like to be wrong. What should I do if nothing happens in 5 days?
