I think you will have to wait the five days as they won't do anything until then I feel and if it doesn't happen then reply to the email.

I would like you to pass this message to your development team or whoever is responsible for this: they need to stop releasing updates! For the past four years, with every single update (I repeat, EVERY SINGLE ONE), they have made the client worse. Constant client crashes, no chat at the table, inability to save custom limit settings, loss of markers after every internet disconnect—the list goes on, and I don’t have enough characters in this message to cover everything. Please, this needs to stop!
If they refuse to stop updating the client, they should at least provide a detailed changelog so we can point out their mistakes directly.
