Support again writes that it is my bank that does not accept the transfer (this is not true) and suggests waiting another 5 days. What can I say to this? I am 99.9% sure that the money will not appear in my account, I would really like to be wrong. What should I do if nothing happens in 5 days?

I think you will have to wait the five days as they won't do anything until then I feel and if it doesn't happen then reply to the email.

For the past four years, with every single update (I repeat, EVERY SINGLE ONE), they have made the client worse. Constant client crashes, no chat at the table, inability to save custom limit settings, loss of markers after every internet disconnect—the list goes on, and I don’t have enough characters in this message to cover everything. Please, this needs to stop!

If they refuse to stop updating the client, they should at least provide a detailed changelog so we can point out their mistakes directly.
