Is that the Made-in pan I keep seeing advertised everywhere? If not who makes it?

How do you like it?

Made smash burgers and it worked wonderfully:

If you're not in the mood for cheesesteak, tacos are another good way to use up leftover prime rib.

indeed!

Tacos look great.

Finished off the prime rib with steak medallions today. Breadcrumbs and parm fried up in ghee.

What are people making New Year’s Eve? I’m undecided currently.

Tartiflette.

Ordering pizza for takeout

I'm thinking a nice peach cobbler to go with my chicken fajita leftovers.

Bought a new cast iron griddle a few days ago. Inspired by BigDaddy, Smashburger time tonight, just in time for kickoff. Lettuce, onion, mustard and hatch chilis. So good. Banana bread for dessert, later.

i'm a recent convert and have gone very pro cast iron last few years

Yeah, I just bought a set of D3s, but I'll never give up my cast iron skillets. I think one of them was my great grandmother's (grandmother's for sure) and it looks brand new.

looks delicious mark.

Lol, it's a Westinghouse. Pretty sure it's original to the house, so around a 1967 model. Still going strong though! Kitchen is the next phase for me to remodel.

That thing is sweet

Burgers look awesome Mark.

Goose, the steak thread is thattaway, but PR looks elite.

Did an all day Italian meal cook that resulted in a pasta bake and homemade Italian bread. Sauce has chopped pepperoni and breakfast sausage and homemade riccotta. The giant six dollar cans of whole Italian tomatoes at Costco are wonderful.

That looks really good. Yum

please share more about the process of pasta bake
at first glance looks like lasagna with curly noodles but there has to be more than that

Mixing gravy and watching for helicopters all day.

I messed up I made a nice lamb ragu with potato gnocchi and some baked ziti and didn’t take pics.

Thai herb salad w fried pork belly. Finally found an Asian market closer to my house. Huge!

that's beautiful hans
what are the greens?
and is the white root veg onion or other?
guessing the dressing is a mixture of fish sauce, citrus, soy, vinegar, sugar and a wisk

Followed a recipe on IG (linna.eats). Skipped fish paste as I couldn’t find it.

- Fried pork belly
- 1/4 cup of Thai basil
- Thinly sliced onions (1/2 an onion)
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup of mint
- 1 stalk of chopped green onions
- Squeeze of 1 whole lime or lemon
- 2 tsp of fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of fish paste
- Dash of MSG
- 1.5 tbsp of ground rice powder
- Thai chili & fresh chili flakes as preferred

thanks so much for sharing the ratios
