OOT Unhealthy Snacks Reviews/Discussion

I swear there was a healthy snacks thread in here but I can't find it. This thread is not for those people.

I love the jalapeño version of these but my local stores don't seem to carry them anymore. The garlic parm is a fine substitute while I am not a fan of the buffalo wing version.

I loved these when I was a kid and picked up a bag recently when I was in a snack funk. Decent amount of heat but they do stick to your teeth a lot and leave a lot of residue on the fingers which seems to be a theme with a lot of snacks I consume.

One of the hotter snacks I've encountered from big brands. Unfortunately the flavor grows old on you after a few chips.

I've never done crack but I imagine this the closest thing to it in food form. Every time I get a bag I eat the whole thing the same day. The other flavors do not compare to the sweet and salty imo.

What snacks are you eating OOT?

Had to scroll back pretty far to find this thread, but had to post. Picked up a bag of these from Jersey Mike's. Nice bite, good dill pickle flavor. Would eat again

Milano's Raspberry Chocolate cookies.

I dare you to name a better cookie. I ****ING DARE YOU!

My latest haul from H-Mart:

salud
hope you also bought tissue and antihistamine

Picked these up last week on impulse. Thought they were tasty - I liked Pringles as a kid, but the last couple times I nostalgia-bought them I was quite underwhelmed. Probably won't be a regular buyer but if in the mood I'd get them again.

This just popped up in my Google feed. Looks like something right up my alley.

I'm not normally a big chip guy but I randomly stumbled upon Asian lays flavors and OMG the kobe steak chips and the ribeye with truffle chips are what crack must be like cuz if I had any kids I'd probably trade them for a lifetime supply of these.
they're obv loaded with MSG but man I've never tasted a more delicious chip in my life and can't even think of a salty snack that comes close.

there are a TON of interesting/weird flavors (sour chicken feet, duck tongue) that id love to try only downside is they're pretty expensive and the regular bags are tiny (34g) and only about 30% full.

there are family sized bags of the kobe n ribeye flavors just very hard to find.

These are really good. Only gripe would be the appearance, mine were too brown, maybe a little overcooked. Kettle brand also has a pickle flavor but they're hard to find around here.

Hit up H-Mart for katsu from the food court and this haul...

Not pictured, the Hi-chews and Mr Brown canned coffee selections.

These are incredibly good. I recently got 3 for $1.97 each with a coup.

the crab chips in top middle are fantastic.

Impulse bought a bag of these, they are pretty good.

Gotta love when an impulse snack purchase pays off with taste dividends.

what makes avocado oil worth mentioning?

Makes it sound healthy

what makes avocado oil worth mentioning?

It's a point of differentiation.

Main logic for doing so as far as I can tell is to cater to people who choose the No Seed Oil lifestyle.

imagine their surprise finding out the pit is simply a very large seed

I made a huge mistake coming to this thread…

As a former connoisseur of chips, the best I’ve had were Trader Joe’s Ridge Cut Salt and Black Pepper. I used to always have at least one unopened bag on reserve just case. They **** on Kettle chips version. I got pretty addicted and in early covid, I ate an entire bag in one sitting and realized I had a problem. Quit cold turkey. I still dabble maybe once every couple of months but the last few times I got one, they were basically crushed. They’re far better when the chips are big. Great with and on sammiches, or used as crust for chicken.

Don't worry the saying "you cant have just one" should really be "it's okay if you eat an entire bag in one sitting occasionally".

I was good in the beginning. 3-4 servings a bag. For years. And those are big ass bags hahaha

I would love a sour cream and onion from TJ’s. That’d get me back on the horse!

Asian lays are the best chips I've ever had.
their kobe steak are amazing also the yakitori chicken but there are a whole bunch of amazing flavors.

unfortunately pretty hard to get unless you find a way to sweet talk a wholesaler into letting you buy directly from them. 😉

Tostitos Bite Size Guacamole flavored are fire!
