When I was doing PT for my old age hip/back problem, they had me do this as a warmup before we started other exercises. Do people really do this for more than just a few minutes?

It’s become a thing. And tbh it does seem there are some decent reasons why it’s worthwhile. But I had a guy doing it next to me for 40 mins yesterday and it pissed me off
It's very passive-aggressive, but at the same time, a lot of people probably do it inadvertently.

And while we’re on the subject, why in the hell do people walk on treadmills? The planet is your treadmill. Get outside and get some fresh air. There’s no excuse. If you have time to spend on a treadmill, you have time to walk outside.

certainly in Australia this is the case unless you’re in the Outback or having a heat wave.

Sounds like a post from someone who lives in Arizona. There are plenty of reasons to walk on a treadmill.
In USA#1, the outdoors is for CARS and TRUCKS. Only communist cucks choose to walk outside.

Just a few posts upthread I almost said I had an easier time keeping him and pokeraz straight before AzOther1 changed his avatar. The only reason I didn't mention that was that I much prefer his current avatar to his previous one. And the other only reason I didn't mention it is that some *******s don't even bother to have avatars.
