New fast food discussion/review thread
OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.

I have contacted CFA support:"The Pretzel Bun itself was devoid of any authentic pretzel flavor. I've had great pretzel buns before, and they had an authentic pretzel flavor. This bun from CFA did not add anything to the sandwich, despite costing more. The bacon was not tasty at all; perhaps it wasn't cooked properly. The chicken itself tasted "off", and the spice was quite
they should pay you to be part of their training program because you already are

If you had any teefus you could use them to open the mustard packets.
It also pisses me off how everyone is so damn "nice" at CFA.
You work in fast food, there is no way that you are even 1/10th as nice as you project being.
Update: I am yet to here back from customer support.
I consciously avoid saying thank you there because “my pleasure” now somehow feels demeaning to me
Curder burger is back at Culvers, for a LTO...

On the other hand, the CFA model shows that good, polite, and professional service can be provided at the bottom of the wage ladder. CFA leads in niceness, promptness, speed, accuracy, and the list goes on. There's a reason their average franchise grosses something like $9 mil annually, which is insane at that price point. CFA is by far my favorite fast food restaurant to visit. The mobile ordering process also helps.

I always say thank you to hear my pleasure haha. But I generally say thank you wherever I am, because the service workers deserve to hear it.
I remember the first time I didn't get a "my pleasure" after saying "thank you" at CFA.
It blew my mind.
I would prefer they viewed serving me as a sacred obligation. If it's only based on their pleasure, their self-interest, it makes it all seem cheap and shallow.
CFA is essentially a FF cult.
I was sworn off them until I got compensated (which I am still yet to hear back) but was near one yesterday and needed a quick bite for lunch.
So I got the spicy deluxe with pepperjack sandwich which is miles better than that pretzel club crap.
Triple Bonus Jack® Combo at JiTB hit the spot last night. $8.50 + a couple a tacos
The Spicy Deluxe with Pepperjack is the Best FF Chicken Sandwich in the Game today.
But I will not pay for their unsalted waffle fries.
It's not a menu item, but they'll make it (they even have a button on the register!): The CFA spicy chicken egg and cheese biscuit with pepper jack at breakfast is the single best item in fast food in my ever so humble opinion.
CFA waffle fries are also fantastic if you're eating in the restaurant, terrible at home.
Just had the most disappointing OG EggMcMuffin. Not even sure why, now. Barely finished it, and the dog got most of the Canadian bacon. The OJ was good, though.
Just had a CFA chicken biscuit add pickles, honey roasted bbq, side of hash brown nuggets, coffee.
Hit the spot.
CFA customer support STILL hasn't gotten back to me.
I got a reply.
my compensation:
Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich or Spicy Sandwich or Grilled Chicken Sandwich or 4 ct Chick-n-Strips™ or 12 ct Chick-fil-A® Nuggets
Offer expires: 01/01/2026
I don't feel like replying back. I'd rather be able to get a spicy deluxe vs a regular spicy but that's FF life I guess.
Never look a free chicken sandwich in the mouth.
oh I got an email from chipotle, free double protein with min $5 purchase thru 10/5.
