New fast food discussion/review thread
OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.

Yeah... Almost went to the bell today, but didnt.
Hopefully this doesn't end up like the taco bell outbreak that saw green onion removed from the mexican pizza. Basically ruined it.
Heard Taco Bell was bringing back a bunch of RETRO items. I'm intrigued.
Starting October 31, the ‘60s Tostada, ‘70s Green Sauce Burrito, ‘80s Meximelt and ‘90s Gordita Supreme will hit menus, and starting November 21, the ‘00s Caramel Apple Empanada will join the menu, each for under $3* for a limited time.
All of those are pretty solid but they should bring back the 90s fajitas burrito and mexi nuggets
I hope whole onion situation doesn't affect mcrib season
Maybe they'll offer discounts! They've probably already bought the pork and got the machines ready

Mcribs are terrible anyway and anything that interrupts it is good for humanity as a whole.

Someday I want to talk to fast food insiders to understand why none of the majors have hot dogs as a permanent menu item.
I hit up a small regional chain yesterday for a couple chili cheese dogs, they were $3 each. Entirely reasonable, and yet I would expect that the company made a decent profit. The place was slammed, as it often is. They're quick and easy to crank out. It's a familiar food, so no educating the public. You have most of the condiments on hand anyway. Etc etc.
Meh... give me the Double Filet O Fish any day.
I'm ready for some more Mary Brown's this week. Other eating as well but not sure where yet, but obviously no McDonald's!😉
Even my local Walmart didn't have any diced onions today. Maybe coincidence, maybe they're being extra cautious.
If only there was another way to get diced onions...
If you buy an onion you better be grilling the whole damn thing.
