OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.

When I was a kid in the early-mid 60's it was a big deal to go the McD's on Rt. 18 near Old Bridge, NJ. If I remember correctly, hamburgers were $.15 and cheeseburgers were $.20. I do remember cheeseburgers were a nickel more because my Mom would always say: "for an extra nickel I'll bring my own cheese". Makes me wonder how much cheese cost back then. 😂
Tried the caliente cantina chicken burrito at Taco Bell. It was one of the better fast food items I've had lately, actually had a little spice and a bit of heat. Would eat again, though at nearly $7 it was, as most non-value items are at the Bell these days, an absolutely terrible value so I probably won't.

BTW, Today's Taco Bell drop was a $1 Burrito Supreme. I forgot how good those things were. Sad they are normally terrible value. Oh, and yes I got it grilled.

Last time Double Stacks were $1, I saw a guy come in and order 7 -- while confirming if he could do that. Pretty sure he was going to eat them all himself in one sitting, and he was a regular sized dude.

Arby's Crispy Meal Deal for $6.99 seems like a decent price, if you were planning on getting the soda anyway. Crispy Fish, FishnCheddar or Chicken sammich, large curlies or tato cakes and a large drink. I think I noticed yesterday that lg cakes are $4.99 alone.
