I've sort of inherited my son's red-eared slider--at least for the foreseeable future--and I've been very surprised how much I like that guy.

Cheers. Very stubborn and ridiculously persistent, makes them fun to watch go about whatever they want do without gaf about anything else.

She was late teens, Dom. Hopefully was coming out of her angsty, f the world, ignore people and break things, teenager phase. Although, as I probably you know, I think that attitude is just ingrained in them for life!

No tortoises in the UK naturally. Her species 'Greek/Mediterranean spur-thighed' are common around Southern Europe and North Africa. She was from Morocco.

wow, that's so young for a tortoise...what a bummer. Sometimes it's just their time.

careful buying a sulcata lol...they don't stop growing! They can become huge.
