Guess he wasn't actually immortal......was a favorite from my childhood tho, always enjoyed his larger than life presence and hero persona. RIP Hulkster.

I met him about 30 years ago at a NATPE convention. He was staring at me like he knew me. When I approached him he goes "How's it going big fella".

Somewhere I have a picture of that moment. We look about the same height. I'm 6'4".

"I do not have a 10-inch penis," Hogan said, referring to an interview he did in character. "Terry Bollea's penis is not 10 inches."

RIP Hulk. Terry was a real piece of **** human.

This doesn't feel so good... RIP Chuck Mangione.

I wondered if this thread would be bumped today. I don't know if I classify HH as less important than George Michael, though.

That line has already been crossed by numerous people more important than HH.

Bob Dylan is getting his own thread hopefully years from now.

I lost a bet today as I believed Ric Flair would go before HH.

Good for Ozzy if that's the route he choose.

legend from back in the day when the only baseball broadcast options were wgn, tbs, and twib.

RIP Flaco Jimenez

that’s a shame, Flaco was OG Tejano

I've always had a blind spot when it comes to bands. I know the name of the band, but rarely know who plays what instruments, save maybe for the lead singers name.

But when I saw his picture, I said to myself, I know that hombre. Duh... Texas Tornadoes. Saw them live twice in the 90s and had their CD with this classic tune that always livened up a party.

wasted countless days and nights of my youth running felt for hours on mexican pool hall tables while unhappily choking down pitchers of bud lite
the juke box sound of Freddie Fender and Flaco F3 tornados was always in rotation

Loni Anderson 79.

Nooooooooo.

I have no idea if she ever did anything after WKRP, but that was enough for me.
