Biggest loser in online poker history wants to grind $16k

Biggest loser in online poker history wants to grind $16k

I start this with some pictures:

nl2 -$8792.18 -82 buy ins below EV

nl5 (notice that pt4 shows party poker nl5 as nl4) -$5943.81

nl10 -$773.92 -15 buy ins below EV

Total loss -$15509.91

This is me playing nl2, nl5 and nl10 on party poker for one year.

My history begins somewhere in same period when they started to show WSOP shows in television. I think I have played 12-13 years nows mainly NL2, some amount of NL5 and little bit of NL10 what is the biggest stake i've ever played.

I've read all Sklansky, all Harrington, all Miller, watched huge amount of videos, bought trackers and calculators.

Still after those years and after that all I've lost huge amount of money on those stakes. I try to play my best but losing to huge suckouts like 95/5 favorite makes me really upset.

I've lost literally all my money including all my life savings to online poker. I want to try one last time to win those money back and little bit of extra. That's why $16k. What I need is support and guiding.

I had thread on micro forum but they deleted it just when people start to understand that this is real situation and not fake.

And if you wonder where that biggest loser comes from it was said by guy who has been playing for living many years. He said I'm the biggest loser in history counted as lost buy ins.

2023 graph?

Paisting????

I WAITED 365 DAYS FOR THIS!

Updates?

Maybe he gave up poker for his New Year's resolution.

2023 Year In Numbers

Year is over and it's time to reveal loses. I grinded on 2 sites acr and 888. Cash and also little bit tournaments too. On acr it was only nl2 and on 888 it was nl5 and nl10. Playing nl10 was clearly mistake. Losses go up really quickly and on that stake they are not folding like someone here say they would. In fact they call way more and are more whales than on nl5. That increases number of suckouts too because they call so massively wide. On 888 cash we saw massive under ev running with endless suckouts resulting -$352 under EV. That's more than nl5 bankroll to suckouts.

Tournaments on acr are impossible to make any profit. Those last like 8-10 hours and player pool is really tough. Everything that they say on tournament books or on coaching sites won't work on those games. Maybe 2 times I managed to take mincash.

These are very sad results if we take account that player pool on those cash stakes has gone worst and worst in last couple of years. There was time when you had like 2 green marked guy on table and now you have almost every time like 4-5 of them.

Lets keep up hard grinding and hope we get the first winning month ever on this year.

acr

nl2 -$478.27
tournaments -$208.14

888

nl5 -$2995.32
nl10 -$4675.43
tournaments -$146.68

Total loss -$8503.84

Paisting look how much rake you payed and tell us.
My estimation is around 8k.

You are not so bad as it looks!

Not even running bad.

Pretty disappointing year imo. I feel let down.

Happy New Year.

Running nearly 30 BIs over EV at 2NL? That's an entire 2NL bankroll. You really are one of the luckiest players alive.

That’s nowhere even near enough for nl2. You can find many graphs from this topic where I run over 100 buy ins below ev.

That’s why I’m revealing hoaxers here who say they beat nl2 but in fact are just won like 20 buy ins with really few hands.

Many those hoaxers like Confucius96 won’t even play anymore because of me revealing them and saving people’s money when they try to sell coaching.

How can you lose over 8k at 10nl and below in one year? Feels almost impossible...

Unless...

IS PAISTING SUPER USING?? Hear me out. I believe this player can see everyone's cards but uses the info to ensure he loses. He's rich and bored and has decided to have some fun with us for the past 5 years.

Think I might be on to something here. Can't be that much less likely than someone losing that much money at the lowest stakes games around year after year.

Yes there are lots of people that are saying and have contacted me directly that games are not maybe going far. You can find lots of hands in this topic that shows how brutal I lose against absolute whales.

One thing you should all think is that if there’s even little bit luck involved in this game how is it possible to not get even 1 winning month.

why do you expect everyone else to utilize logic when you yourself refuse to? you say the games are rigged and thus impossible to beat, yet you play consistently for a dozen years (while losing a quarter million dollars in the process).

is it because gambling addiction is irrational? are you addicted to gambling by the way?

This started out hilarious and is so painful now. Are there public mental healthcare options available in paistings country

I'm disappointed and expected worse.

i haven’t been here in a while but came to see the 2023 results of the poker G.O.D. Losing that much is close to impossible unless you are just open shoving every flop…nvm

I could've sworn that you've lost almost as much or more than paisting at only 2nl and that's why it's been a while since you been here...nvm

There is so much irony packed into this one short sentence that it perfectly encapsulates this entire thread.

your true winrate is probably around -50 bb/100, and obviously with a high std. deviation thanks for your "elusive" style.

with a monthly average of 20000 hands your chance of winning is 0.2%. you need to play 42 years to have an expected amount of 1 winning month. hope this helps.

I actually have a serious suggestion here, one which could help Paisting have a better 2024 on the felt.

We make a documentary about OP's poker exploits. We could call it 'Taking a Paisting' or something like that. Whilst I'm certainly no Werner Herzog, I have a some experience in filmmaking and some of the equipment required to do so.

Said documentary opens with footage of Paisting going on monkey tilt after taking a bad beat against one of those late position raising whales, before a well known poker player/two plus two poster briefly talks us through an introduction of online poker and explaining how tragic/hilarious/practically impossible it is to achieve the results posted in the now iconic Paisting thread.

Act 2 of documentary includes hiring a poker coach (A Polk or Galfond is probably a stretch but it could be excellent PR), flying to wherever Paisting lives with director, camera man and said poker coach for 2 weeks for an intensive training course. Maybe even throw in a few Skype sessions with a poker psychologist/author about tilt in poker.

Act 3 compare and contrast Paistings results pre and post crash course, maybe showing the graphs to a few well known players/two plus two posters.

Assuming the coach would be willing to work for PR and another director/camera person would do it for free (I certainly would) we would probably only need to raise around $6-7k for flights, food and hotels x3 and someone to edit. We could start a gofundme where people buy shares or try to get Upswing/RunitOnce to sponsor/fund the project.

What does everyone think? Paisting would you be open to this?

i think this is a great idea. i'd love to watch Paisting lecture both the poker coach and psychologist!!

I think Paisting has been exploited enough, m8.

by Tuma k

I think Paisting has been exploited enough, m8.

The purpose would not be to exploit/bully anyone. It would be to determine if he could go from a losing player to a winning player, and more broadly to examine whether people of habit can change/adapt.

Or we could all do nothing but laugh at him in this thread for another 5+ years whilst he loses another quarter million playing the lowest stakes games on the Internet. Is that preferable?
