Road back to HS PLO

This year has been a pretty uneventful poker year. I got lost in the theory train, stopped playing exploitatively and went back to my old habits (I think i was on a pretty bad downswing as well which didn't help). My main site was ignition, and i simply could not win for 5+ months. It was actually insane, and made me completely doubt if i was even good at the game anymore. then comes the CWGC. I wasnt planning on playing it because in my mind i still had to prove to myself that i could beat ignition. 3 weeks into it, a friend of mine messages me saying I should play it. I look into it, not studied in ante preflop games. I say **** it. I ended up playing 2/5 there and winning 20 bis in EV ish. Definetly helped restore a lot of confidence, and also made me rediscover a passion for the game. People were actually playing the game it was meant to be played. I could see where they were being pussies, exploit them on the spot. It was sooooo nice. 8 + tables every day, never had to sweat for action people were just constantly battling. I think the passive environments where people are just uber nitty and tight can be really annoying to play and also just make you a worse player (ignition). But I definetly took some things that i learned from the championship and started playing more agro in spots that are overfolded (like i used to). Dont get me wrong, ive still seen some really sus **** on iggy but i think its still a good site, but i added coin to my repertoire. With that all being said, very strange year. Lots of lows, but we are coming back. I think my biggest issue still is that I don't play my A. game in two scenarios :
1) beggining of sessions --> tend to play more passive, risk averse. I really only pick up once i start losing money and then i play the game the way its supposed to be played (which is calculated hyper aggressive)
2) once my bankroll is big enough , i get complacent. stop caring as much, dont feel the pressure to perform

I'll post some graphs later but that's just a brief update as to what has been going on. Got crushed for 5-6 months and finally making a comeback in the past 2 months. No 6 fig months recently unfortunately but there is still hope. (fyi, people have definetly gotten better at the game, but i think there is still a lot of money being left on the table).

Life wise, i achieved most of my fitness goals. still having some neck pain but its becoming more manageable. eating pretty clean. So all that is good. just need to focus on making bank now!!

Things are going very well. All my action is on coin. in the 4, 5, and 6 card mix nowadays. also a big fan of the bomb pots. I think i'm going to do a wsop trip this summer, same type of shot take for the live games, but also planning to play a lot of the online games. But yeah, good to be back in the mix. Finally rebuilt my roll with very strict bank roll management so no punting will occur again. We were down in the dumps for a minute but finally getting to a stable place again

Around 100k rn, still not fully rebuilt but stable as I said (obv excluding all the **** i have to pay for)
