I'm throwing in the towel for life this is a $600+ set back i just can't afford at this moment so this is it for me guys this is the end of this blog good luck to everyone and I how every one crushes poker and life.
This mistake has caused a hell of a flair up in my ptsd based anxiety disorder and I've been feeling like I've been suffocating and having a heart attack since the mistake even though I paypaled the backer the money as soon as I could get a hold of him. I just know I won't get another backer again and it's going to cause struggles down here financially without the additional income from poker and I'm just tired. VA treatment really isn't what it should be, the get you to be "stable" and help you manage symptoms but these never really go away until you die you just learn to take your meds which take the edge off and learn to deal with the symptoms.
I've never lost my entire bankroll plus all my extra living money in one misclick before and I'm not sure where to go with this now

Actually I've been in stables for a while and have shown to be very +ev for to be staked. I think I've had one backer ever who I didn't make money maybe you're him.
Also yes I was a soldier I very much take accountability for my actions thus why I said I ****ed up I made a mistake and fat fingered it.
I also contacted my backer asap and came up with a solution also why he agreed to continue backing me.

The difference is you were forced to serve in the military. In a country where I'm pretty sure you're not at war. I was 17 when I volunteered to enlist into the Army in a country that was at war knowing I would likely deploy. I was 18 when I got my deployment orders and turned 19 2 weeks before I was boots on ground. That's what makes the American Military so special we are forced or told to join we stand up and volunteer to join. When times of war come our enlistment rates skyrocket because we are a patriotic nation. And a few years? Nah I did 7 years got out and was diagnosed with PTSD and a few others issues later om because intense military training and deployments take a toll on your body and mind. Especially when you're 19 years old and you're brain is still developing.
You want to know what makes every service member better than some one who never did anything with their lives and works at Walmart? We volunteered we chose to go into harms way knowing what it could cost us. Roughly 1% of the US population will ever serve in the US military less than that will deploy and less than that will ever see combat. So yeah I do hold myself to a higher standard than some one who graduated high school got a job at Walmart and never moved up from there.
As for what's so brave about US wars, well we are the world police pur 20+ years in the middle east upset some of the biggest terrorist networks in the world took out most of the top leaders to. Yet now that we have decided to stop policing the world and fighting your wars the terrorists are killing innocent people all over the world.
I mean I guess we could just stick to wars within and near our borders but if we did that you'd be speaking German right now wouldn't you. You see the US is a military machine one of the best the world has ever seen after both world wars we were in a place we could of expanded our borders and taken land but we didn't instead we helped countries on both sides rebuild and bring stability back to Europe even helped a few new countries form.
And being broke in the Phillipines nah I'm living pretty well actually I love it here south east Asia is awesome I have a great quality of life got an amazing wife and got my first son on the way my son will go to private schools my wife will never have to work and I'm kind of living a pretty great life over here.

Wars are not like napoleon era. wars that go about glory and victory, it's about resources. The minerals the Russians were fighting for in Afghanistan before the Americans just to be disappointed seeing the Taliban being too smart and having too strong incentives to ever give up. Secondly the usa sells it's weapons and it's a massive industry. How can you sell weapons that never get tested and used
USA benefits of terrorism and war and has no real incentives to ever stop them. As a bit of a sad matter of fact when you try kill some terrorists you kill plenty of civilians too because that's how war works, not to accuse you personally of anything.

Not a lot to say of my military service we all do it in Finland it's solely for the defense of that country. 800k reservist in a 7m people country. Not the biggest accomplishment of my life or something even 10y ago it may have felt so after I got out at age 19 or so.

The Germans were winning until the US got involved and the US won the pacific with very very minimal help from other countries. So yeah Europe would of lost. When The US got involved the allied forces were push almost completely out of mainland Europe
