After 146 l, shot up to 160 quick.
Current weight 155, and trying to hv a run weight of 151 on Sunday. Getting back on the diet for upcoming week.
Family was concerned on the quick drop, but not no longer.

this worries me. you're a gambler... not a professional. if you run bad for a couple of months regardless of being the best poker player in the world... you're left broke. is the plan then to come out of retirement?

Will never ban anyone. U can say whatever u want. I’ll never ask for a ban. A few occasions, some mods dm’d me asking. I hv always said let it be. It’s all gd.
If go broke, I’ll come out of retirement. Even though I put all my money on this house, we still split the rest.

10k in 5 days!! Never ran 6.2miles and not sure if I can. Got a condition run in today and will do a 3.5 miler on Wednesday. Then rest for the Louisville Triple Crown.
Played w a couple ladies today. One nearly mucked a full house after seeing dude’s flush. She said, “U got me, I only have a full house and u hv a flush.”
The other Lady short bought a few times and acted out of turn 15+ times. Preflop, otf, ott, otr, and every way possible.

Also, gonna need a delivery of gravel to fill in behind retaining wall. *steps still not finished, but gd start on them. Renting a concrete saw is also on the agenda at some point. We get this standing water on the court every morning. Seems to flow down the slope between pool and court where there is no grass. U can barely see the dampness pathway in the pic

It always dry up in afternoon, but that's more than expected in morning. Hoping the drainage pipe will help along w sod.

Getting rid of all irrigation to back yard. Gonna remove valve box today as well. Front yard irrigation only.
Moved 4 tons of rock today. Buried the corrugated. Was supposed to run 4 miles. but back killing me. Bagz helped for a hundo. Top soil then sod. Steps r done.

Woke up still w sore throat and fatigue, but race is tomo and I’ll die trying if need be. Gotta do it, or I’ll feel like the biggest failure for rest of year. I don’t want that feeling!!! No turning back and must complete (no walking allowed) 10k.
Weather looks gd for race, but health is 6 outta 10. A lil worrisome still. Gonna load carbs and water only today.
Glad to b done w the bulk of pickle court. Now more time for poker. So behind the 40k 1/3nl pace, but don’t count me out. We got heart.
hope you reconsider if you're still under the weather tomorrow, it's not a failure if you pull out for medical reasons
