rayz is normal for you to never eat with your family or is this a specific thing related to the fast

if it is related to the fast, then why not have your daily meal with them?

It was 2:21p I just finished a run. Took a bath, and fixed a Healthy Choice that comes w a plastic bowl (pic). My oldest was downstairs w bf, my youngest boy was taking a nap, middle child was rearranging her room, my wife was on the phone. We eat when we wanna eat here.
Many nights during the week, my wife will cook some excellent dinners for all. Some eat on bar, some at kitchen table, some on couch. We all in the same room. On occasion all at same table.
We all love each other.

Didn’t care to make healthy choices. Can’t wait again for that day to come. lol.
Previously, Fat Tire beers w deep dish pizza breadsticks w beer cheese. Sodas on occasion.
Cheeseburgers Deluxe from Culver’s.
Stuff along these lines. Nothing overboard and always watched closely. But nothing like it is now.
As soon as we reach 145. We gonna have that 2nd paragraph first sentence.

Hero: I run under downed power lines for the LOLs and likes. .

The run route was planned out. Once I got past the first cop on that street there were no side streets to turn off. Cdnt avoid it. That’s why the cop had street blocked off.

Wasn’t a big deal. Took me 5secs to go under.
Try something daring sometime. Live a little. Push ur limit. Or, b fragile and hv someone hold ur hand.

So far it has. Body is acclimating.
I seem to be crushing this goal so far. I’m listening to all advice tho.

Did a little here and there. Listened to friends that hv been involved in mma training, boxing, and getting lean.

All that helps and so does my own plan.

When they cut weight for fights it's usually water weight and very temporary. After jumping on the scales they start rehydrating immediately.

I highly doubt they have a diet plan like yours as they would lose muscle mass and feel like utter crap training.


We are at the point of the thread where RayZ is touting his own nutritional plan. Listening to himself and his MMA buddies. The RayZ MichalenaÂ’s tv dinner diet. Somehow my gut says all this is real. How can it be real? How can it not be real?

RayZ for my own health Im also going to nuke myself a MichalenaÂ’s and take a long hiatus from posting on 2+2. Wait until your MMA buddies tell you about the Michelinas stir fry rice and vegetables with white chicken. So nutritious.

Personal long run on 19hrs of fasting.Just finished. Gonna soak in tub for a while now. Cops had road portion blocked off, but we ran by them to see what’s up. Ran under these cable lines because we gamble.

Nice job on the longer run! Go for 5.5 next week and slowly increase until you get to about a 7 or 8 mile long run once a week. Wouldn’t go any further than that for now. What was your total mileage this week?

If you’re running 5x a week now which it looks like based on your mileage, your week should look like this:

Day 1 - 3 mi slow
Day 2 - 3 mi slow
Day 3 - 3 mi slow
Day 4 - 3 mi slow
Day 5 - Long run 5.5 mi (increase .5 every week)

After a couple weeks following that if you wanna increase the mileage more just bump your daily runs to 3.5. Then after a couple more weeks you should incorporate 1 faster run in the middle of the week called a tempo run. Go 1 mile slow, 2 miles fast say 9:30 pace then 1 mile slow for cool down. By the time April rolls around I can see you doing daily runs of 4 mi with a long run of 8 mi or so. Just listen to your body and don’t over train! By keeping the pace slow and not increasing the mileage too quickly you should be able to comfortably run 5x a week without much soreness.

only the weak ask for help or sheepishly believe in fax. my eye que is off the charts.

the only competition is myself. <- i imagine you'll enjoy the second verse more than the first. hopefully you'll take in the overall message.


It's interesting that over 11 years since originally starting this thread you now have the same $40k target playing $1/$2 , $1/$3. I guess that's progress for you!

Never hv I ever ask for any handouts here, donations, or nothing. That artist is begging for donations. We r little different.

Pickleball went very quiet, weight loss seems to have been the main talking point. Does that mean your back yard is current one big dirt pile for the next 3+ months and everyone is ok with that?

the group Ugly Heroes (Verbal Kent, Red Pill/Chris Orrick and Apollo Brown) has nothing to do with the YouTube channel which uploaded the song you listened to (nor PayPal donation). they are signed to one of the biggest and best underground rap labels named Mello Music Group. i plan on seeing them on their european tour this year. you clearly think that all songs on YouTube are uploaded by the artists themselves and i find that laughable 😀 regarding your comment on views, to quote Immortal Technique: "universal truth is not measured in mass.... perhaps you are not the genius you think you are...

by the way, it strikes me as peculiar that you're not ok with artists asking for donations but you are see nothing wrong with stealing from home depot. i suppose it's because asking for help is not what a man does and is a sign of weakness but taking what you need is very alpha!
