Realy think about what are your life goals outside poker and question yourself in how and what steps am i taking working towards that.
Robert Louis Stevenson said not to judge the outcome of a day based on what we are harvesting but to judge the outcome of a day based on what we are planting.
What are you planting daily and what are you hoping to harvest at on point.
Take it step by step but think out a clear and make active progress slowly towards that and reward yourself when u hit some setout marks just not with blasting off a roll or taking some dope
to silence or dempen the daily rollercoaster thoughts in your head.
Listen man i really dont want to see you hurt in any way and hope you figure out how to deal with every day life how boring it may seem to you.
Fight your demons head on and become a proud of the mental switch that you can make and will set you up for a more rewarding lifestyle then just the degen path.
