Does Stars allow color coding in notes? What I mean is using [c=] to change to individual words or strings of text. This doesn't seem to be a feature of StarsCaption but maybe it could be in the future, if allowed.

I have a weird issue with SC. Pretty sure this didn't happen before but i might be wrong.

When i have the "Moving tables holding Left+Right mouse buttons" turned on and move a table using these buttons the table moves in slow motion.

If, on the other hand, i move the table normally by left click and hold the table frame/title bar it's fast as any other window on windows is.

Any idea why this is happening?

I know about this problem, but unfortunately there is no easy way to fix it. On the old Stars engine this problem did not exist, it appeared when switching to Aurora.

I necessarily had to update pokerstars and on starscaption I had set the colors of the various action and betslider buttons but now when I mouse over the buttons they return to the default color of pokerstars (red) and always remain like this... an update will have to come out starscaption to fix this?

I am debating buying 888caption for WSOP.com. Which of these features work on the site:

1) Ability to download hand histories to a database so I can review hands after the fact
2) Hand counter. I have certain volume goals for ex 15,000 hands a week. I play on multiple sites and WSOP is the only one which has no hand counter
3) HUD (I hope the answer to this one is NO since that is not allowed on WSOP - just curious).

888Caption is not a statistical program and it doesn't have any database or something like this

2. It has a hands counter for current session, but this counter is reset after the program is closed, so this is not suitable for counting the number of hands per week.

3. It has HUD, but there is no any statistical things in it
It can display players positions on a table (like BU, SB, BB), actions in current hand, pot odds, stack to pot ratio, various tournament information, etc.
In total, you can display in HUD about two hundred different parameters related to the current state of the game. In addition, you can use formulas and calculate various derived values ​​from them.
You can also create additional betting buttons with custom sizings in HUD (you can make 20 additional buttons, for example)

Oh cool - the bet sizing could be very useful for finding reads on people who scroll up/down with value/bluffs e.g. you find they have a b75 size but they randomly send a b87 with value.

As for the hand counter - does it count all for the session or just for the table. Lets say I play a 3 hour session and throughout the period of that time I open and close many tables. Would the program be able to tell me the final count of hands for the full 3 hour session? I already log even sessions starting/ending balance for tax purposes, so I could just add a column for hand count and fit it into my process easily.

You can display any of both of them

For example, General HUD with default settings displays these 3 tags:

Session time, total hands (among all tables) and number of tournaments played

General HUD displays these tags in a small separate window, but you can also display them on each table if you want

I am using starscaption to copy nickname to clipboard in the HUD section. For the past week or so it stops working several times during my session and I keep having to restart starscaption to get it to work. Is there a fix for this ?

Can we have a 'Player acted' option for table highlights. Similar to the already existing 'Player folded'.

Can you describe in more detail how exactly this is supposed to work?

A way to make table highlight change after hero either raises or calls. I'm using highlighting for effective stack sizes preflop, after having acted I usually don't need that information anymore and would like to return to my default colours immediately.

Any reason why PartyCaption keeps closing itself after start? Been like this over a week now.

Most likely your license has expired.
Try to close all tables (or at least tables higher than demo stakes), open PartyCaption and check a license state on the License tab.
