SB vs BTN 3bp as PFR....why r we not betting range on AATr and QQTr but range betting on KKTr and JJTr as all the boards r same in terms of range adv and nut adv SB has all the strong hands here and more combos then BTN.

With respect—I don't think it matters. You'd want to look at the equity distribution and range construction of both players to evaluate it further, though.
It always comes down to the range asymmetries. Open the ranges tab and compare the amount of trips for OOP and IP.
SB probably checks a bit more on AAx and QQX because the BTN calls your 3-bet with AQo preflop.
In addition to what others have said, you are looking at the simple solutions, where the smallest allowed cbet size is B33. If you look at the general solutions which allow OOP to use the smaller 20% size cbet as well, all of those boards become range bets 100 bb deep, both 50NL and 500NL.
500NL rake simple solution checks AAT and QQT here even more than your examples, which I believe is 50NL. I think it isn't that surprising given how much less BTN wants to just call more of AXs, AQo, KQo, which tend to be more in the BTN 4bets or folds when the rake is higher.
