So then when is day 1 of Trump's presidency (this theoretical day that he was going to start bringing prices down)? We were told it was day 1, but then we were told it was not actually day 1. So, what exactly did he mean with "day 1" and "immediately?" We were not told to expect this, though now we are being told we shouldn't be surprised by this.
