I read it as 200k casualties. I think most guardian readers are up to it.

A minuscule amount of normies know that "casualties", when talking about wars, actually includes the wounded as well as the dead

by Victor

200k casualties is in line with the Khamas health ministry's 60k reported death toll from direct fire. When you factor in the concentration camp conditions, the actual death toll is easily 500k.

No, it would mean 60,000 killed and 140,000 non-fatal injuries.

I am not sure what you are disagreeing with. like I said, this is in line with the Gaza Health Ministry.

and as I have posted many times, this list only tracks the direct fire injuries that are reported properly at a hospital. they dont count all of the people who have died from disease and starvation. nor do they count the people buried under the rubble or disappeared.

Five fascist nations and some bullied pacific islands

Still Netanyahu the demon has lost tons of support from the west. Where are all of the European countries voting against ?

A typical argument is that the European countries are voting "For" or "Abstain" as camouflage for the Genocide for Fun and Profit (Trademark Pending) crowd.

it doesnt matter how they vote when they all send weapons to Israel and many of them send soldiers and spies as well.

not that we dont already know that the Jewish Extremist Supremacists are shooting children for fun (and profit) since they gleefully admit it to traveling all the way from Chicago to participate in such communal rites of passage.

heres a synopsis, graphic images ofc.

edit: looks like Elon disabled embedding for this one so here ya go https://x.com/rcbregman/status/196683261...

Not a dysfunctional government at all

Hebrew article from Haaretz where surprise surprise, Israeli soldiers admit to shooting children. since its Haaretz, these soldiers are sad about it unlike the guy we read about earlier who was raised in an environment of religious extremism, namely Jewish Supremacism, in...Chicago?

https://archive.ph/77YZa

looks like this guys humanity was not adequately removed despite the years of indoctrination. wonder if his mass murder of children will haunt him the rest of his life.

outlook not great. but better than the children he slaughtered.

Benny was just following orders

aww, poor guy

just an accident. a little oopsie. just following orders too. such a shame they are haunted by their actions.

^^^But of course the people who need to read this won't.

Goldstein, the Cave of the Patriarchs mass murderer, grew up in Brooklyn, as did his boyhood mentor Meir Kahane. The extremist settler movement is quite largely American and really exists only by American connivance, otherwise the string of UNSC resolutions on the West Bank that Israel persists in breaching would most likely have been enforced long before now.

A United Nations commission of inquiry says Israel has committed genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

A new report says there are reasonable grounds to conclude that four of the five genocidal acts defined under international law have been carried out since the start of the war with Hamas in 2023: killing members of a group, causing them serious bodily and mental harm, deliberately inflicting conditions calculated to destroy the group, and preventing births.

It cites statements by Israeli leaders, and the pattern of conduct by Israeli forces, as evidence of genocidal intent.

Considering they've completely ignored the UN for years regarding illegal settlements, I'm sadly not confident this will come to much.

Maybe if the paedo potus can get out from under Bibi's thumb, then there might be some change.

I am pretty confident the body toll from British Muslim terrorism is orders of magnitude higher than American Jew terrorism.

not a chance lol

The difference between you and me is that you believe that Israel/jewish extremism should be unilaterally condemned and fought, while supporting (or at best being agnostic) towards Palestinian extremism.

You are coming from an ahistorical perspective that Palestinians are good faith actors who actually want peace, and that if we can tone things down on the Israeli side, peace can be accomplished. When there is zero evidence that is the case.

so sad! they thought they could handle slaughtering children for fun and it turns out to haunt them. now these snowflakes are blaming other people for their own actions.

It's not the Palestinians who just tried to kill the other side's negotiating team to prevent peace talks. The Israelis have never wanted peace, they only want land, more and more land, and even Rabin (murdered because some Zionists, with Netanyahu's encouragement, thought he was being too diplomatic) admitted he was never going to give an inch and was just playing the Americans along in the usual manner.

The Palestinians are as unfortunate in their leaders as they are in their enemies, but they didn't start the fight.

That's what happens with a lot of conscripts I guess. What they need is more soldiers like BLUE - now there's a guy who doesn't give a sht.

if he actually took part in this stuff, then I would bet he is haunted as well. and that could be why he comes here and tries to justify it. but no amount of internet posting or pharmaceuticals will give him peace and he probably knows it just like these men know, and just like the comrades they speak about knew.

The Palestinians are as unfortunate in their leaders as they are in their enemies, but they didn't start the fight.

Again, this is a completely ahistorical perspective that is meant to reinforce your own biases, no matter what time point you want to start at. They started the fight in 1948, and they started it in 2023. And they started it at 100 other points in history. Even if you want to go pre 1948, there was tremendous violence of Arabs against Jewish immigrants that had legally moved to Palestine, first under the Ottomans and then British, that you could argue "started" things.

There is a lot about the first half the of the 20th century we can look back in hindsight and debate whether it should or should not have happened. The creation of Israel is just one event. And there are plenty that are much much worse that haven't received 1/100,000 the attention for geopolitical reasons.

But the generational Palestinian refusal to accept that Israel happened, and no one is being sent back to Poland no matter how long they resist, is the genesis of why this conflict has stretched out so long with no resolution in sight.

They don't say what is written, but there is no doubt that these are soldiers dealing with post-traumatic stress from their service. None of them claim to have committed crimes, or illegal acts, or murders.

They mainly talk about the difficulty of seeing fellow soldiers killed in battle. I can confirm that this is an extremely difficult experience, which no one would want to go through.

This, together with the enormous pressure that comes with fighting, definitely causes mental struggles.

Only a##holes like you can turn their difficult personal struggles into an argument against Israel.

And it's true that I don't suffer like them and sleep peacefully at night. That's my personality structure.

The vast majority of soldiers, by the way, are like me. But of course there are also thousands of soul-challenged people, at different levels. In every war, no matter how justified, it happens. The human soul is complex.

Your soul is not so much. Simplistic, childish and above all completely lacking in empathy
