I've noticed the Liberals are now ahead in all major polls and Trudeau hasn't even started to campaign yet...i'd be shocked if they lost the election now.

Considering there's protests all across the US against Trump's policies I'd worry about your own people first.

Here is the reality he won the electoral college and the overall vote and made many promises that he is keeping in the first week
- Protect the borders (age with )
- Cut government waste ( agree with)
- Tariffs on Canada and Mexico and China ( do not agree with pertaining to Canada though he is right Canada has border issues and the potential to be the next fentanyl hub)
- Keep men out of women sports (common sense)
- Declare only two genders (its Science )
- Can the Department of Education ( seems smart)
- Gaza one ( batshit crazy )
- Revamp USAID (great idea) lt's full of waste
Funny thing is what is the purpose of the Department of Education? I know we do not have one at the federal level Its a provincial matter

Is this even true? Last stats I saw are surely showing the opposite of this. Mexico is supplying what, 98% of all the fentanyl? Where exactly is the potential for the next fentanyl hub? Mexico is going to go through Canada now?
Trust me. We Canadians know we have borders issues. We're dealing with a massive immigration issue right now. Doesn't change the fact orange man was about to destroy multiple economies and with it many many lives.

It is really kind of bizarre. China has been making your country (and ours) their bitch for the last 20 years, and the response has been to pretty much just take it. And then Trump does like 20 drive bys taking rhetorical shots at various countries, including but certainly not limited to Canada. And I am sure 90% of it is because he views your highly unpopular PM as his personal enemy.
Canadians have always held a snobbery towards the USA. Whether it be about healthcare, gun laws, COVID or putting patches on our backpacks so Europeans don't think we're American. Trump showed Canadians who our daddy really was by threatening to destroy our economy with the stroke of a pen. Rather than reflecting and realizing our government sucks and we suck at voting, we just got angry and screamed orange man bad.
