I typically don't reclue until the last turn or unless my team is heading towards disaster and I'm trying to avoid certain words/get them on the key one immediately.

In this case I don't think either applies, the question is just do we need 3 flat words and shoe, or is shoe one of the 3 flat words and we need 2 more?

If I'm in this spot where I want 3 new flat words + an old one like shoe here I say the clue for 4. A little hard to tell here but we have plenty of stuff to guess first regardless
