Post if you want in, ideally 8 people but the normal game - guess your stuff and ideally go fast bolding away a guess at a time(Snapguess + guess + etc). Spirit of the game is to just bold away at what you think, keep 0-1 max backup and go quick.

Necronomicon - 4
Book obviously and then I'm not sure of anything else.
Anyone here an expert on HP Lovecraft?
Never actually read the original story the Necronomicon is in.

Comic?
... Attic?
I really only know of it from the Evil Dead movies. Book and magician for sure. If it's related to the movies at all, then wood is probably next best.
I really can't contribute much here, sorry.
I'm good with whatever you two think is best.
Why wood? I've never heard of those movies, Diab.
I'm inclined just to say book magician pass. I feel like when you stretch round one you hit random assassins.
We can't pass on round 1. If we hit a bad word then whatever, but we aren't gonna be in any better position next turn. It's especially bad in this format too because we can't leave a list and have the opportunity for unlimited next turn.

I kinda like the comic idea. The movies are comedies and there are probably comics with the necronomicon in it. Should be pretty safe I think.

I'm just pretty sure Lovecraft has been put into comic format at some point.
And Cycle could refer to the cycle of the stars that comes up in Lovecraft works.
Going to lock in comic by the end of the night if there's no objection.
I'd still rather pass but if you insist on continuing, go ahead with comic.

If this is a thing, I like it the best as of right now.
Also a "literary cycle" is a thing.
Caveat: I haven't suddenly obtained a bunch of Lovecraft knowledge this weekend, so take my opinions with a grain of salt.
When I think Lovecraft I think Cthulhu, Necronomicon, When the Stars are Right, stuff like that.
Cross could refer to the Southern Cross if that's referenced, but I doubt that Lovecraft would reference Southern Hemisphere perspectives.
Necronomicon -> Cryptonomicon -> Computer.
