if we all think we need a flat word, file is the best option

and at the same time, horn works best for a round object, so i think that combo makes the most sense

Let's not forget theres a chance flat is for apartment and could be something like England as the Brits like to call it

What do we think about lap being the 2nd to last word we mentioned, any equity because of unlimited there?

I feel I could justify just about any combo here

would you guess a two step connection like england over things that are literally flat? really no reason to worry about it unless that's the case

re: unlimited clue... we didn't have an order after missile and this is no list. i don't see a reason to attribute the unlimited clue to anything other than tablet/missile

Frustrating round!

Has nobody heard the phrase "in the lap of the gods" before? I thought this was just something ~everyone knew, but apparently not. This was also the final [slurp]ee word, and the reason I chose that drink specifically. It was definitely the hardest word to find, but I never expected you to be able to find 3 other words ahead of it lol. One thing I wanna say, and have said many times before, is that I will never clue a word on turn 1 that the other team is gonna guess anyway, so drop was never gonna be correct.

And yes, I did pull an ibd here. I only said I would change back to n-1 out of tilt, and I immediately regretted saying it. I ended up in a situation where I wasn't sure what to do because if I gave a 2-clue there, you *should* be passing, since all the clues were caught up (excluding slurpee) and they still had 5 words left. I ended up deciding that unlimited would be the best way to let you know file was ours since it was the only word mentioned by the team that was still unguessed. It obviously had the opposite effect, which I do understand since I said I would change, but using unlimited to mean pass just doesn't really make sense logically imo. But this actually ended up winning us the game, so it worked out quite well!

Rest assured I am going back to the unlimited approach with 2-3 words left and won't be changing. Just because one way has been used for years, it doesn't mean it's the best way, and I refuse to believe that it is in any way confusing unless you choose to make it so.
