A protest is a saturnalian eruption of pent-up disjointedness which provides cathartic relief. It is not a real threat and does not effect real change.
Real change is of course not possible along with real protest not being possible, it's the same picture.
But that's not what a protest is. You are describing possibly a rave. Saturn doesn't aspect over protests, Mars does.
