Did y'all see they came out with a report what went wrong with Starliner and it was, management just made a call to send them up on known bad gear.

That's pretty much what he's doing. NASA is getting a crazy good deal (Basically 50% off) from both SpaceX and Blue Origin.
BTW, SpaceX accounts for ~80% of the world payload mass to orbit since 2023.
