i'm not ruling anything out but you don't know what they are hitting, what has been hit is already covered in smoke by the time the video starts

the one thing we see clearly get hit is this

which has a lot of antennas and towers on it - something which is sometimes on civilian apartment buildings but usually when found in that sort of concentration is likely military or communications centers - which would be considered normal targets

again, it could be a lot of things, but it's silly to just speculate that they are hitting apartment buildings because there are apartment buildings in the foreground

is it a reckless attack? absolutely
did civilians likely die? i don't see how they couldn't have

is that an attack i would signed off on as president - absolutely not

but that doesn't mean they are carpet bombing residential buildings

when someone is talking about liberal cities excluding poors and minorities and compares black home ownership rates in those coastal cities vs rust belt republican dominated cities you need to recognize that is the central point of the discussion

either refute the city data - for all i know my surface level googling was incorrect or misguided - wouldn't be the first time

or ignore it and move on

when you respond with "yeah look at the rural dakotas" a place that even if we were not specifically talking about cities - would be a difficult entry point given the extremely low population and extremely low percentage of minorities would be a silly and highly cherry picked response - but, importantly, we're not talking about rural areas nor states, we're specifically focused on cities - so it's doubly bad for that reason

and frankly, either you are not equipped to carry out a functional and fact based discussion (could be out of laziness or bad habits, could be because you don't have that 2nd gear of thought - idk) or you're not posting in good faith and actively trolling
