I don’t think there are kangaroos in New Kiwi, but could see the rationale being that it’s close enough to Australia to make the connection. Also that kiwis are another kind of animal.
I don’t know what the third word could be. Probably not cast for Kangaroo Jack because it’s not capitalized.

I was thinking stethoscope, but maybe he's trying to avoid that by not just cluing breathe? Disease also stood out a bit.
I would expect him to clue breathers if it was just the 3 things that breathe tho, so I don't think it's that.

At same time, he didn’t say breathers so i guess I’m ok not guessing all 3 just bc we should reinforce that you should say animals or flyers or breathers or occupations or whatever if only wanting things fitting that category
breath would be a sign of life, so that’s out
You breathe deeply or take deep breaths when doc uses stethoscope; don’t think breather really fits that
Breather is either a person/animal/monster that breathes or rest (take a breather)
But maybe one of the words is more breath or breathe and he just did breather to avoid a word (like sign of breath)
