Great work on the Cuirass clue. It was a bit of a gamble - I wanted to be able to get 3 words in because I couldn't see anyway to connect Vacuum to anything, and thought breastplate would point you away from link. I figured at least one of you would have that word lodged back there from reading a book or playing a video game at some point

we were very close to on the same page, but just slightly off

grave is a ghost bed and square(ish) and then the grave bell that was mentioned

I didn't expect box because no coffin (like no nail) and didn't expect tablet because no gravestone; was super glad when box blocked tablet assassin tho

I should have just clued gravestone-0 but I overthought it with you maybe thinking gravestone is square; I didn't go with medicine for 0 because then that gets you on bed for sickness connection; I thought ipad would be a clear "trying to just hit tablet" clue

that didn't matter anyway since we had the n-1 that got you back to square

they did such a good job it was gonna be hard for us to win anyway

ya'll were close on spa; I had to connect france, jet, nail and battery (spas recharge your battery); I figured laser would go well before battery but I had no other clue to connect those 4 so I just fired away

if tablet wasn't on the list to do a 0 clue, we maybe coulda done unlimited clue to pickup bell/square and france/nail/jet with spa and then battery on final turn, so had a chance, but it was slim; lots of blockers for grave words

GG. Glad cuirass worked out. I had zero clue what I would have done by myself there.

amazing that Sandlot and Bad News Bears seem to be the only 'kids playing baseball' game

there are kids playing in Angel in the Outfield, Rookie of the Year, etc. but not kids playing with other kids

with how huge little league was for 80 years, you'd think there would be more movies about little league baseball
