Part and oil were my first two but mug is better

The good news is car/engine/motor - 2 is a much better clue for oil/part. Can’t really think of much better for mug/oil.

I don't know why but I found this set of words really tough.

I have dive for bar, sink and cover.

Sleep was for night and hotel

Straw was a hail mary that should have been done a turn earlier. Horse was always in the way but playing a turn earlier makes things possible.

How about some codenames league?

Instead of all the individual threads we could group all players together and rotate the teams systematically with a point for each game you win.

Yeah, I'm down for the league idea. Two games with the same set of players is very confusing for my simple brain

I'm down if it's instead of this thread, but not a fan if it's instead of all of the threads

having multiple going is more fun since more variety and they don't move fast so at least one is usually doing something at any given time

If we get 12 players in we could have quite the league before repeating games. 220 different teams before considering different opponents and roles within rhe team.

Yeah I think for the league to work we need at least TWO games of it going at once, just with rotating teams.

I'm fine with the league being extra, replacing 1 game or whatever.
