Oasis is the only thing I've got right now for a reason to capitalise.

Oh! That’s why I thought it was the AI game. Because I don’t see any reason for caps. And capitalizing a clue just to get a proper noun isn’t legal, or is at least outside the spirit of the game.

But I still think oasis is ours. And don’t know why the clue is capitalized.

Maybe it’s to get something like troll along with the other people-oriented clues. I’m not sure what the actual difference is between people and persons, but just a thought.

I guess beings would work as a clue in that instance, but then not sure oasis sticks out to us.

Persons is probably a reference to some proper noun we're both missing. Probably the reason it's persons and not people too.

Persons of Interest and Missing Persons are the only things coming to mind, but even those are not proper nouns, just turns of phrase.

No idea on a 5th. Would probably go with theater if forced, because it’s filled with persons.

Maybe Persons is a band name or something and that’s the connection to Oasis and why it’s capped.

Could it be contract?

They use official terms like person/persons instead of people.

It would explain persons vs people but not the capital.

I don't really like either of oasis or theatre, but I'm not in love with contract either.

Contract, Oasis with theatre as a backup would be my preference, but I'm happy to compromise so long as contract is in there somewhere.
