I hope game of thrones isnt anyone's favorite show

It butchered magnificence

some of it was butchered, and butchered horrifically, but a lot of it was just brilliant tv

like top 500 moments on tv, GoT might have 50 of them.

For a show with 10+ seasons, I'll take South Park. After over 25 years on the air and over 300 episodes, they have somehow found a way to remain relevant and funny.

Gotta make room for SNL and Grey's Anatomy lmao.

Taking from a category that I don't watch at all but Survivor for reality series seems like a good pick.

Another category that is thin for me is Police Procedural

While there are a few I enjoy, it's not deep for me and I don't love most of them.

But there is one Police Procedural that is funny and has annual heists and is more fun than any police procedural I could otherwise pick.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine

And my 3rd pick is a show that was gone too soon, then revived, then gone too soon, then revived again. And now it has 10+ seasons, which is a thin category for me.

It's a sci-fi and a sitcom and a pre-1999 and a wild card, so it hits 5 categories, but I'm taking it in the 10+ seasons category

It's #3 rated episode is from season 10, where Professor Farnsworth invents a machine that can take a person back 10 seconds in time. You can see Fry holding that machine in the image below.

For show gone too soon, I'll take Rome. Too epic for it's own good and HBO just couldn't afford to keep it going, unfortunately.

I'm gonna pick Columbo for Police Procedural.

What a great show. Always loved how seemingly inept Columbo was but hiw he always got his man. Seems like an own goal to reveal the killer at the start but it works. It's not a who dunnit, it's a how's he gonna figure it out-it.

Love the guest stars. Couldn't have guest stars if the killer wasn't revealed from the start.

All time great show, though some of it hasn't aged all that well. The finale was an event, and set a standard that every series has been trying to match ever since.

i've seen every episode of mash multiple times, except i've never seen the finale
