I'm at a loss trying to think of anything in Wyoming that's interesting and not in a National Park. I guess there's Jackson Hole, but the answer is presumably smaller than a football field.

Should make it easier imo. It's Wyoming, not California or New York.

How many interesting places in Wyoming are there that are not in a National Park?

this is not a guess, but isn't devil's tower a national monument but not a national park

Devils Tower is (a lot) more than 100m tall. I guess we could get clarification on how AK would have ruled on #12 if the answer was Devils Tower. I'd think bottom to top would count as end to end, but I could also see the argument for not counting it that way.

Let's try something like this:

Is it at least partially in one of the following counties: Teton, Park, Fremont, or Crook?

Here is a map that overlays county lines with Google maps:

0) Place
1) It is in North America or Europe
2) It is in North America
3) It is in the United States
4) Not man made
5) It is west of the Mississippi river
6) It is in a state that begins with the letter M, N or W
7) Not in a state that begins with the letter N
8) It is in a state that borders Idaho
9) It is not in a state that borders Canada
10) It is not a National Park
11) It is not in a National Park
12) I think it is fair to say that the area that is the "place" is more than 100 meters from end to end in one or more directions, though if being very precise it may be less. I am not sure.
13) It is at least partially in one of the following counties: Teton, Park, Fremont, or Crook?

14) Is it at least partially in Teton or Park county?

If 14 is yes,
15) Is it at least partially in Teton county?

If 14 is no,
15) Is it at least partially in Fremont county?

15) It is at least partially in Teton county?

So I'm assuming that question mark at the end of 15) was supposed to be edited and that it is in fact partially in Teton county, but can you confirm that?

A lot of Teton county is national parks (Yellowstone and Grand Teton), so all of that would be ruled out.

might be worth asking if it's in a protected area like a state park or national forest, although i'm guessing most answers probably are.

Jackson/Jackson Hole is also in this county. I'd guess it's something in Jackson or one of the national forests/monuments. I didn't check state parks but that's interesting as well. I'd imagine they are there.

FWIW, I am not going to be able to look too closely at this today. I might get some time to dig tomorrow if it isn't solved by then.

I'm swamped these days but let's keep this moving. Idk if this is a terrible q or not a terrible q but I'm not entirely sure if I'd prefer the answer to be yes or no so maybe that's a sign it's not the worst thing to ask here.

Is it a body of water?

16) The place is about water, but not really a "body" of water - (I realize that may be more helpful than required, but who cares...lol)
