Spit valves absolutely have a cork. Still hard to imagine the average person would know that, and felt pin was hit pretty well. Like I shouldn't have expected non musicians to get my Cajon clue a few games back, don't expect nich to be cluing obscure music things as musician(s).
I could see something like opening/chamber/curve/round hitting those two words as well
