Who knows what goes on in his head? But I was thinking about someone who transitioned from one thing to another. Arnold was just an example.

He also was well known for athletics/lifting so wouldn't think a no to question 5 either

How did we go from

7) Is not known for either politics or entertainment

to

7) Is known for either politics or entertainment

I think it's got to be something like a newscaster or an interviewer.

I wouldn't consider it athletics.

Let's ask a Q

Does/did the person host or co-host a scheduled TV show/segment and/or host or co-host a podcast.

0) Person
1) Male
2) Born after 1900
3) Alive
4) Born before 1975
5) Is not known for one of athletics, STEM, business or finance
6) American
7) Is known for either politics or entertainment
8) Is well known for having a particular profession
9) He is associated more with entertainment than politics
10) He is not well known for his works in the fine arts
11) He hasn't ever hosted or co-hosted a scheduled TV show/segment or podcast

Is he well known for working as a member of the cast or crew of television or film?

Would a comedian (like George Carlin) fit the bill.. mainly entertainment obv, but some politics (as do other comedians).

The only problem is that POGCrazy would never have had a problem with Q7.. That kind of rules that out.

Someone like Steve McCurry might be a better fit, especially with POGCrazy rethinking his answer to Q7.

Is he a photographer, painter, or other visual artist?

Fine Arts question already asked

Fine Arts question already asked

ArcticKnight just mentioned a photographer. I wouldn't call them "fine arts". I guess I could have left out "painter", but it should still be ok as is.

What’s Luis von Ahn known for again?

American man, born 1901-74, still alive, known for a particular profession in the entertainment industry but not a TV or movie actor or crew member, or any kind of visual artist.

Could be a comedian, musician/singer or a writer/journalist.

DK, but he's too young.

Pretty sure the first two of these can be ruled out from the corrected answer. Journalist or writer (other than poet) seems likely.

Yeah I guess so.

Not sure whether I should change this back to no or not lol

One thing I will say is the question doesn't include the word INDUSTRY so make of that what you will 😃

I’d say a YouTuber was in the entertainment industry.

Politics is never spoke of as an "industry," but the entertainment "industry" is a thing.

I am thinking that whatever this person does he is loosely linked to entertaining. Maybe like that hot dog eating champion, Joey Chestnut. Not an entertainer, per se, but if people were not somehow entertained by the concept of who can eat the most hot dogs then we would not know who he was.

Is eating hot dogs a profession?

Any reason it can't be a poker player?

Someone like Phil Hellmuth would make sense.
