What are we going to do for the next week? :p

Cowboycold in Steak thread so he is cooking steaks. 😀

Flames get a haul for Lindholm. At least I can say I saw Lindholm's last game as Flame. Really impressed with Conroy's moves so far.

Elias Lindholm was traded to the Vancouver Canucks by the Calgary Flames for Andrei Kuzmenko on Wednesday.

Calgary also received Vancouver’s first-round pick and a conditional fourth-round selection in the 2024 NHL Draft, and defenseman prospects Hunter Brzustewicz and Joni Jurmo.

by the numbers lindholm looking kind of washed this season. kuzmenko seems kind of average ... plus a 1st and an ok looking prospect in brzustewicz? yeah not bad business for the flames. can prob still flip kuzmenko for some other stuff if they want

canucks desperately going all-in this season like the donks they are. lindholm should give them good center depth, time to see if he has anything left in the tank i guess

Good deal for both teams

Canucks Oilers series is gonna be naaaaasty

Ya looking forward to that. Gonna need to go.

Monahan any good?

Kucherov is a grade A loser huh

Monahan any good?

has always been solid, should be good center depth. should be interesting to see how he looks with the jets, his 74 games on the habs' dumpster fire were actually pretty good, and possibly proved this season (62% d-zone start) that he can be used as a shovel if necessary. good on the powerplay, kills penalties a little bit. seems like a good pickup

poor bastard puts up 11 points in 8 games and they ship him off to winnipeg. message sent, message received

I didn't realize how much I missed hockey until There was no hockey.

2 games today.

Go Leafs! Boo Avalanche. Although I bet the ML on the Avalanche-110. Seems like solid value.

The important game is tomorrow night. I was so desperate for sports I almost watched the All Star game but settled on LIV Golf

I know. Stars at Sabres 6pm my time. 😃

But I'll be tuned in for Oilers at Golden Knights at 9pm

The real game is Wednesday Stars at Leafs. Friendly $20 wager Phil?

hehe I would if I did not think Dallas was going to win. 😀

I hope this year the West continues to load up at the deadline. This is a trend we like in Bruins country.

lindholm apparently starting his canucks career with pettersson on the elias line, the sedins confirmed big time back?

elias lindholm, wearing alex edler's old #23, tips in a quinn hughes shot-pass on the powerplay

ok that's just some cliche s**t I made up. Turns out the game was blacked out here locally unless u subscribed to some pay networks. LOL at that....F everyone involved with that decision

But, IMHO, it is good that VGK won't be highlight material for NHL history.

Rip streak
