That was some save
MERT
Great game. Unreal save at the end.
That last minute save by the Turkish keeper
Best save of my lifetime
Somebody find a rule that makes them replay this game
Awesome save but Seaman vs Sheff Utd still #1 for me
seen replays of seaman, don't get it, i feel like i see better saves every year
maybe it was more about the moment than the save
A header into the ground like that, for the keeper to compute where the ball is, rising at some angle from where it impacted the ground a split second earlier, is pretty incredible.
I bet he trains in a specialized way for it

the xG people rated it at .94 xG. so a keeper saves it ~6% of the time.
Doesn't that just mean a shot from that position/situation is 0.94 xG? So a keeper would generally save a shot from there 6% of the time but the actual shot that happened in the game could be taken well enough that it's even harder to save.
Is that just for the position or does that figure somehow account for the fact that it's a header? 94 seems very high
Pretty sure header/weak foot/strong foot is taken into account in some xG models but obv don't know about particulars
PGMOL lads getting hold of the quarters
England +350
Spain +400
France +450
Germany+450
Netherlands +700
Portugal +900
Switzerland +1400
Turkey +3300
This is bet365. I'm quite surprised by the England ratings. Twice as much as NL?
