Ryans has done an incredible job and has to win the award. McVay and Stefanski have done good coaching jobs too, but to take this team from the worst in the NFL to division winners is incredible. They had a great draft but hardly even signed any FAs either, unless you count old guys who’d been released like Bobby Trees and Sheldon Rankins.
