EC needs to spend every waking hour shooting this summer. Haha. Simply can’t have a PG where teams give him 10-15 feet to shoot and he can’t hit it.
He’s why I have zero faith in us winning it all. Nice passing, gritty defense, nifty at getting to the lane here and there but outside of that it’s 4 on 5 every half court set. After what I saw vs Bama good luck playing 4 on 5 vs them. Same vs Zona.

Regardless of what happens the rest of this season, hopefully EC comes back next season with a reliable jumper. KM made a nice leap from freshman to sophomore year and him being able to hit open shots was huge for that 2012 team. At least until creighton.

that said, our offensive ppp is vastly better w EC on the court as compared when he is on the bench (yes i know you know this)

Yeah but he never thought he was one and done talent. Cadeau seems to think so. He would be awesome to see with Drake and Ian next year and if Ingram comes back.
Sparty opened the game running super hot on tough twos. Seems like a hard plan to sustain over 40 minutes.

At this point I want to see him pull a Caleb with enough confidence to go right, cross over and have just enough separation where he hits one of those. Maybe a hard one makes a normal one easier.
