English Premier League 2024-25
2024-2025 EPL Preview
Man City have set another record with 115 charges of financial shenanigans and also managed to win
McTominay’s best position is as a running 10 that’s late in the box. This is a system that Conte loves to use and it’s perfectly suited for him. Bruno also played 10 for most of McT’s time with United and McT isn’t starting over Bruno. Also, McT wanted to leave and I’m quite happy for him to see success. Unlike a bunch of other ****s, McT put his heart on his sleeve and actuall
I get your point, but Ratcliffe plays the villain much more clearly with these layoffs of low paid employees. As a neutral (or by default hater), the Glazers leveraged buyout and subsequent incompetence/apathy for the football product was entertaining. Now I legitimately feel bad for people associated with the club cuz Sir Jim Asshat would rather take away honest people’s livelihood than just manage the squad like 1% more responsibly. And he’ll spew total bullshit about how everyone is suffering (except for him and the glazers of course) so you should just accept it.
Trying to figure out what to watch (besides the Giro and F1 qualies) and just now saw that Arminia Bielefeld made the DFB Pokal final from the third division. I know they were just in the Buli not that long ago, but that’s still crazy. I would love for a League 1 team to make the FA cup final soon. Hopefully against us of course.

Oh, don’t get me wrong, I’ve detested Ratcliffe since he got his 25% share. I was 10000000% on team full-buy and that can be langered in these threads. I even told what few United supporters left itt that were pro-INEOS that this wouldn’t end well and that INEOS weren’t the solution (this is me going off memory, so specifics are lacking). ****cliffe is willing to the be the heel and I’m sure Joel&Avi are enjoying every bit of it as it deflects from them(as we are doing right now). But, INEOS willfully got into bed and said that the Glazers are good people. So, this is a puppet master situation and it’s gross.
Also understand, I haven’t defended how INEOS have done things with the staff once. They put in a get out clause for Ja**** Sancho to Chelsea while axing people on £40k a year and rationalizing it.
And look, I’m the last one left itt. It’s not close to fun. It sucks and I do wonder if United may actually get relegated next year. Are these Leeds and Burnley sides good enough to stay up while United flounder? In no way, shape, or form can I be confident about that. I’ll say that United finish 10th because I kinda have to, but I feel like I’m on a raft in the middle of the South Pacific and don’t have a paddle or fresh water.
Fantastic that for the first time since I can remember the Promotion game is on US television on Paramount Plus in 30 minutes..
I am offended by the very existence of Paramount+ tbh. Entirely too many ****ing streaming services. We asked for it and should have predicted what was going to happen.
Sunderland seems to have a strong fan base and not scum like Leeds or Millwall..
Very much deserved

You just played a cup final against a ~league 1 team, don't be too greedy
Btw, crazy to have a super flat stage on a Saturday in the middle of the Giro

The playoff final has been on TV in the US for years?? I believe it was on ESPN (ESPN+/Watch ESPN/Whatever they have called it at the time) for a number of seasons before moving to Paramount.

Yeah super disappointed by this. And of course one of the few USA holidays is Monday so it's a rest day. Yesterday's finish was exciting, but really the whole Giro so far from an entertainment perspective has been on that Strade Bianche stage.

.
I think your memory is correct. It’s been on some form of US streaming/TV for at least 10 years……maybe 15+?
Sunderland back in it...
Sheffield United are cursed

Oh dear blades
They need to take the belt and shoelaces from whoever gave the ball away there.
Sad for sixfour, but my Sunderland till I die documentary part is happy.
Is Peter Reid in the running to be the next James Bond?
****ing hell that is rough lol. Sorry sixfour, bleak.
Arse lead in the Big Cup final!
Oh no they don’t.
Gutted for you 64.
It would've been perfect if you'd come up with TP and me.
Sunderland. 1 point out of 18 over the last 6 games.
The scorer of their winner has already been sold and didn't even feature in the matchday programme
First half ok, second half abject wank, when you take 34k down and the other team can justifiably can't you're support is ****ing ****, it's problem
