English Premier League 2024-25
2024-2025 EPL Preview
Man City have set another record with 115 charges of financial shenanigans and also managed to win
Few things:
1) that is a different ref lol
2) that was many years ago and each year refs are told different things are important
3) you can't see if the ref can even see it as he isn't in screen
4) kinda shows Rice has previous with this scummy move
Mainly though - just because it wasn't called then doesn't mean it shouldn't have been today.
Do you want people to spend time going through footage to show you yellow cards given for kicking the ball away too?
The amount of time Arsenal fans spend sifting through footage to selectively show stuff to try and demonstrate a bs point is mindboggling. Other teams fans don't bother, for some reason.

Yeah ngl kinda annoying and embarrassing being one of them. Week 1 there were like 3 huge mistakes, none against us. Seems more a ''ref standard'' issue than a ''Rigged against Arsenal'' issue.
This RvP red card slander perturbs me more than the Poznan
Edit: rip Bamba
watched villa vs lester yesterday.
saw about 20 small kicks or grab the ball after a freekick.
like i get it, should be a yellow but it goes unpunished unless its the most obvious one.
feel like every single person here would moan if they got the same happened to their team. so definitely understand both sides and the frustration of it
similar to when people block the freekick from being taken. sometimes it gets a yellow, sometimes it doesnt.
the overriding point to this entire Declan second yellow discussion is that there's a way as a player to guarantee you don't get a yellow in these moments on the pitch
Declan didn't go that route. worse yet, he was already on a yellow when he chose not to go that route
Declan let his side down
Declan cost his side 2 valuable pts (possibly more, actually, as he won't be available at TOT on the 15th)
this could end up being a 4 pointer when it's all said and done. more than enough to cost ARS at the end of the season vs mighty MCI
Not confident today. No VdV is really bad for us given how much we don't take foot off gas and nobody has his recovery pace. Not like Isak is slow.
Sarr in for Johnson I assume switching Deki out wide.
Can see us losing handily today if things don't break right (though going to be incredible when we kick the ball away 17 times without a card).
It's interesting that the RvP double yellow fiasco was in a match against a club later found guilty of industrial-scale bribery of referees.
Totally coincidental of course.
Lol that filthy negreira case. barca paid 7.3 million to the referees chief but hey wont face charges. What a terrible terrible club barca has become.
But anyway back to PL, veltman & rice should've both been sent off
beautiful by CHE
Palmer elite
Madueke playing really well. Should've scored.

VdV looks like a guy who could run through walls, but in fact, he is a chandelier. It's too bad because he's fun to watch.
Angeball demands so much from the back line that it is really noticeable when Romero or VdV is out.
Vicario's distribution is rivaling peak Lloris today
lovely one timer there by Barnes
would be a very nice win for NEW today
Feels like both of these teams are half decent
Cracking finish from Dan Burn that.
Pope def should have done better with the Maddison shot
Lol Jackson.
Really nice by Vicario there.
Hard to see how an Ange team could ever win the league without superior talent, but it must be fun to play for a manager that demands that you lean on the throttle 100% of the time.
Spurs are making this Newcastle team look like a complete shambles. One of the best games I've seen Brennan Johnson play in a Spurs shirt.
LOL. Story as old as time for us.
