English Football Season 2025-2026. Here we go again.
Welcome 2+2 to the English football season of 2025-2026.
This year I am going to make the thread officially for all of E
Le Slab.
lol Gakpo
Salah brother what has happened
From a West Ham forum, many a true word has been spoken in jest.
Good game this.
Look forward to hearing about it on Monday Night Football.
lol Plop
Slot looks more and more like Steve Kean with each successive loss.
I look at Liverpool’s fixture and I see a lot of dropped points over the next couple months. I know it’s early but I don’t think they can win the title. For a change, Mo leaving for AFCON will be a blessing.
Having a keeper that doesn’t give me the scaries every time a ball comes near the goal is a feeling I haven’t had in a few years. I kinda like it
Amazing weekend of hate-watches for Arsenal fans.
Liverpool need to get their **** together in the next month or they will be completely out of the title picture.

iirc they were running good to start the season, now they're running bad. should be interesting to see how they overreact to these results
I am proposing a new model where forest and watford just swap managers instead of having to go find new ones every few months. They can just keep the same two co-contracted and try to get the new manager bounce without having to pay someone out.
Seriously though, I can curious what terms are in Dyches contract here. “Long term” is so lol. But if you are him you need to ensure some payoff if you get sacked by Boxing Day.

It’ll be short term - end of this season - as they are apparently trying to get Marco Silva for the long term.
Not sure why Silva would want to work for that idiot though.
Lunatic owner storms the pitch cos Nuno dared to lose a game and drop out of the champions league places now hires Dyche. Wonder how this will play.

His antics absolutely remind me of a former CEO of mine at a startup I used to work for.
He often forgot he fired people then kept calling them back each time claiming it was a joke of sorts. He was dead serious and often quite shouty. Think he still thinks he is a star of a reality show. Back in the day he hired 6 people to follow him around with a camera as that will be such a hit - people wont be able to put it down.
Once he rented a theatre to fake a TED talk. Later the aforementioned team had to cut it in a way that there were stock shots of a crowd laughing.
Then he hired a ballerina he was ****ing to be an office manager - she was like 20 and never seen an office from the inside before.
He hired contractors to put on marble walls so our "prestigious guests" would arrive to a location that screams luxury. Our most prestigious visitor was the Wolt delivery driver.
Then proceeded to demolish this wall as "he never asked for this and whoever did will be fired".
Once asked me if we can "charge all credit cards on file and if so how many times".
He was convicted for promoting prostitution through his gold-digger website in Belgium and got fined 200k €.
I worked there for 5 months. It was both hell and infinite entertainment at the same time.
So yea...kinda imagining the greek bloke to be this but bigger both literally and figuratively speaking
I mean, I would definitely watch a couple of episodes at least. Sound like David Brent meets Alan Sugar meets Brian Butterfield.
Unfortunately his video content much like most in his life was fully fabricated and boring.
These real life shenanigans were the golden ones.
Like when he hired an assistant. Made her chop up a bunch of fresh vegetables from a specific market in Budapest. Then ordered KFC for 2 days straight and made her eat stale vegetables as they are too good to throw out. I still think about that woman sometimes - her life must have been really something.
Also we have scored 4 goals against Atletico of all teams. Gyökeres bagging 2. Quite nice.
That's an elite level performance tonight. That said, I don't believe we take enough chances to win a very tough knockout like the CL but the league is doable.

Man, I thought my industry could be wild back in day but this sounds amazing.
Mindfckr you should've posted this during an international break. Seems like a topic worthy of an AMA
