First time I think Pep has looked out of ideas.

All of the City signings make sense from a talent and skill point of view, but they seem to just fit so awkwardly together…no plan or vision or trademark play-style. Almost like what the computer will do in FIFA career career mode after 3 seasons.

I keep hearing and reading about how Gyokeres is actually very good and the goals will come and his contributions are more than just goals.

I just don’t see it. I’m not entirely sure what it is he does well. We seem so much more dangerous with anyone else up top. If our striker is t supposed to be scoring then surely merino/havertz are better at the not scoring bits of play.

It looks bad to change the manager again, but there is no way alienating the fan base further is a good idea. Things are going to get incredibly ugly. And if you look at our upcoming fixture list, it’s going to get worse for quite a while before it gets better. Our club management is shambolic. People will be missing Levy soon. I never really had a problem with him other than him being stretched too thin and not delegating. Last summer we at least had CL in addition to money to attract talent. Next summer we will have absolutely nothing.

A little overreaction there yes (sorry), but I think for me that was the most frustrating result of the season.

I’ve been very quiet ITT about our survival chances but I feel I can now say how confident I am.
To go from having the favourite to be the first manager to be sacked to this is magic.
