2025 NFL Season Thread: Can Uncle Rico save the Broncos or will they be Nixed?
Greetings friends.
Those of you who know me know me as a Niners fan full of fantastical levels of vitriol and rage. I hav
SRM - hit me up with your rants via PM...or just add them to my OP?
yeah, that comment from Pegula was extremely telling about Beane. He's clearly been doing scorched earth ass covering to save his own job over the past month or two. I reckon it would be hard for a new coach to trust him given this.
People on twitter immediately found two clips pre-draft showing Beane was very high on Keon.
When I went to bed that night it was like it's Keon unless someone just blows us away. We didn't feel anything was attractive enough for us to pass up on Keon.
I'm glad Coleman ran that (4.57 40). It'll help to get him
Obviously they'll just handwave it away saying he was just backing up what the coaching staff wanted
Beane obviously has pics of Jessica with Sabalenka.
Or else I have no idea why Peg Pereβ is trying to make Josh ask fir a trade.
Too early to start calling Bills Raiders East and/or Pegula Lilβ Jerruh?
McD to Steelers?

Since Brandon Beane drafted Josh Allen, he has drafted 59 other players only 2 of which have made a pro bowl.
Dawson Knox
James Cook
So yeah let's promote him and give him more power over the roster. Good plan Pagula and throw Keon under the bus while you are at it.
Sorry Dom?
Interesting and surprising thread on CJ Stroud. Very hard to argue with Nate Tice on QB play tbh
Just broke by Schefter: Chargers DC Jesse Minter to be the next Baltimore Ravens head coach on a 5 year deal.
whelp, that one is a bummer
feels like the charbaughers need to lean on the defense for at least another season while the oline is patched back together
Mintner felt like one of the legitimate candidates the whole way plus had Harbaugh & Ravens ties. I really don't think there were many worthy candidates left. It would be nice to see a bit of a refortification of our defense while Lamar is still elite.
ideas for new thread title?

If the Bills hire Phillip, "Cry Me a Rivers" is so obvious!
Oz the Mentalist mesmerized the Rams
What gave it away for me was how Oz phrased "Kyren, then Cobie Durant" basically the same as what Stafford said. So that seemed to be scripted.
And Oz seemed to already know Kyren Williams' jersey number when writing it down. Also, Adams did not seem to be phased much when showing the score he had wrote down on his hand.
Either way, good move by McVay to get the players' spirits up for the game.
Now, if the Rams do play the Broncos and the final score is Rams 23-14,...
may today be a hot take but i'm tired already of this timing out te.mu jared order windows after repeated attempts to enter broken bonus coupon scripts

Jawsh sure knows how to set a lot of records.
In other interesting news.
The Bills are the 1st team in the history of the NFL to win a playoff game 6 years in a row and not win a Super Bowl in any of those seasons.
One could counter with 4 SB appearances 4 years in a row, all losses.
Not sure which record is worse (better?), but it got one coach fired and the other a local hero.

Yep, I lived it. Had to refresh my memory. I thought Cowboys had 3 of those, but no. Cowboys 3rd and last Super Bowl that decade was against the Steelers in 1996.
NY Giants 1991
Redskins 1992
Cowboys 1993
Cowboys 1994
Edit: The last time the 49ers won a Super Bowl was 1995. 49-26 against 1. Chargers. So Cowboys got that going for them. Nevermind them not sniffing a conference championship game or Super Bowl and only having only 6 post season wins the last 30 years.
BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The Bills' search for a new head coach has kicked into high gear over the past couple of days, and the list of candidates grew Friday to include former quarterback Philip Rivers.
Rivers, who has never coached at the collegiate or professional level, was interviewed by the Bills on Friday in Florida, the team announced. Rivers is the coach at St. Michael Catholic High School in Fairhope, Alabama.
Per ESPN and Adam Schefter.
Also, it's rumored that Jawsh is sitting in on all the head coaching interviews. He wants to make sure the next coach helps him set new and exciting record fails.
