NFL Offseason 2026
it's the most wonderful time of the year for pretend GMs - the NFL Offseason!
Sure the games are fun, but the 7 months of
Carter will be wanting more but itβll be interesting if Howie tries to make him wait another year. Canβt imagine Carter will want that
Paying Carter too would make it a ton of $$ on your D interior but given how cheap your D is relatively, maybe itβs possible/do-able
I think you have to pay Carter. His numbers don't do him justice, but he can't be blocked 1-on-1.
I think a bigger problem might be between Q and DeJean. Q deserves all of the money, but has a 5th year option. What happens if Cooper gets a contract before Q?

it's possible. Howie has been consistent about paying early up til now
We'll get some insight into the same issue at a different team this offseason. The Lions' incredible 2023 draft are all now extension eligible
they have 1st rounders Jahmyr Gibbs and Jack Campbell and then 2nd rounders Brian Branch and Sam LaPorta all extension eligible. They're all different positions, so it's not as comparable, but it'll still be interesting.
Branch will be the lowest priority and Gibbs the highest. All kinds of great RB focused (and IMO player type) arguments on 5YO Gibbs and then franchising him in yr 6 and then letting him go but the Lions are a vibes team and he's so important to them that I reckon they'll extend him this year
Because Campbell is a linebacker and has a Pro Bowl his 5YO is very high - over $23m so that probably leans towards them extending him now
My guess is that they extend Gibbs, LaPorta and Campbell and wait on Branch
over under on number of months until raiders hire wrath as a cap expert currently set at three
go on...
Trent McDuffie 4/124-100
Inevitable given the trade
Only a matter of time, TJ π
Ugh
At least it'll only cost you $1.3M
Spoiler
for now
Well boys, you may get your wish after all.
Dolphins bets might be back on the menu. Just need to see what they do in the draft.
Jaelen Phillips gets overpaid by the Panthers 4/120-80
KW3 to Chiefs 3/42-28
Travis Etienne to Saints for 4/52 -
No guarantees published yet
I think I like Tyler Allegier to Cards the best of the RBs at 2/12
Wandale Robinson 4/78-38 seems very toppy. Not sure Iβve ever thought he was good despite him getting to 1k yards this year
Mike Evans to 9ers - 3 year deal but guessing will be a year to year thing?
This makes me happy
That’s incredible value for Allgeier.
He was a 1,000 yard back the year before Bijan stepped in. He was a wildly overqualified RB2, sad to see him go.
Titans spending big $$ makes sense
Chiefs seem to be letting their entire secondary go?

I know you have to close your eyes and hope, but I just remember how totally ****ing lost Willis looked as a starter in Ten. Maybe the upside if he sucks is a big downside and a high draft pick?
I get why the Chiefs had to sign Walker, but the Saints signing Etienne makes no sense. Love was seemingly going to be drafted by them. Now I bet the Chiefs wish they didn't sign Walker.
Gives them more freedom to sign a higher value position? Idk.
Tua to Falcons official on a 1-year deal.
What I hate most about myself is that I know I’ll talk myself into this by September.
