NFL Offseason 2026
it's the most wonderful time of the year for pretend GMs - the NFL Offseason!
Sure the games are fun, but the 7 months of
Stafford 24
Maye 23
Allen 2 (?)
Herbert 1 (????????????)
Oh it was the former PFF guy lol
I hope the second tackle from Utah falls to the Niners.
I was wondering how many teams would NOT swap their QB with the #1 pick right now when you factor in his potential (quite high but not crazy ceiling apparently) but the 4 years of cost controldefinites....Bills, Chiefs, Chargers, Bears, PatriotsprobablesBengals (cheap plus Joe doesn't seem happy), Ravens (new coach plus he needs a new deal and that will be difficult), Commander
Niners 100% snap swap, just on salary cap considerations alone. Whatever his flaws, Kyle can REACH a SB with any remotely plausible QB.
The other six probably run the gamut though thereβs certainly an evil that you know factor fir DEN GB HOU.
Iβm seeing articles like this but does anybody really care?
In Vegas it seemed like all the talk I saw from the local media and fans was the Raiders needed to hire an offensive mind that can work with a rookie qb. There was ZERO talk about hiring a Black coach. Iβm sure it was similar everywhere else.
Some highlights of an article:
Black coaches shut out of NFL hiring cycle says it all about team owners
Ten head coaching vacancies. None filled by an African American candidate. Nothing to compel owners to give Black coaches an opportunityβ¦
In the recent hiring cycle, a record 10 head coaching vacancies were created. None was filled by an African American head coachβ¦
No longer compelled to cast a wide net to find the best candidate, the owners seem committed to whitening the head coaching ranks and making sure those ranks stay white for the near future.
In previous cycles, Black candidates may have been beaten out by defensive coordinators or offensive coordinators or young white coaches or retreads. This time they were beaten out by a combination of them all β retreads, nepotism hires and everything in between. The message seemed to be βweβre hiring anything but Black head coaches.β
Of all franchises, I think the Raiders are would be close to the top of the most above criticism in terms of racism.
How many top black co-ordinators are there? Flores is the one who jumps out to me and IMO I would have had him at/near the top of the list
But then Iβd also have Jim Schwartz up there for similar reasons and he didnβt get a look either
i know
was on the fence if i should even click to post it
likely some sort of knotted wording thought involving stan kronke and jed york fighting as if matching up cartoon ram prospects vs a gold digging pan handler
Greetings friends
For better and for worse I’ve given you all a glimpse into my life because you’re my people
Since I got married the wife and I have been trying for a first but for reasons it’s been hard. This week, damn near 2 years after, we had pretty ****ing brutal news
I’ll still be here for petulant rage just as a distraction but I’ll be here probably less. You all are great and I hate most of you
Nothing but love. And hate
:(
So sorry.
Best wishes, SRM.
If I was paid by 2p2 to be a mod I’d pledge money to keep you posting on here.
Stay strong my friend. You are loved here. And hated.
Loved and hated. Hated and loved.
get well soon SRM
Sorry to hear that SRM. Hoping things improve for you and your wife.
man.. sorry SRM
stay strong
Sorry SRM. Wrote and then deleted a long note. You are not alone and the process is very often traumatic. All the best. Look after Mrs SRM
expounding on a hunch of what wrath might have hinted at before deleting
dear SRM
the two of you are not alone in your family struggles
first, last, and foundationally because you have each other
but also countless other couples have lived similar emotional experiences
happen to know of at least two who regularly log into this particular website
your way of processing feelings appears to often involve rapid shouting at others
happy to stand in as your personal body armor if it helps somehow
rooting for you to find peace my friend
James Pearce may have found a way to end his NFL career after just one year. He dropped in the draft because a lot of teams were wary about character issues.
Yeah that doesn’t look good for him.
