Couldn't get a shot of the lume with my phone, so that pic is from the internet!
i like it, nice pickup
Any advice for buying from facebook etc? I would like to do this for obvious reasons related to the nature of the forum.
I found a perfect candidate on fb marketplace. The guy had an appraisal and everything.
I know some dealers will allow you to meet there and tell you if it is authentic.
At the same time, I looked up the Rolex model # and there was still a tremendous variation in prices. The top ones were 6 or 7 times the bottom ones.
So there was still quite a lot of wiggle room for a scam. Say you have a $10 watch in a model that sells between $10 and $70. You print up a fake appraisal of $30 and are happy to have the watch authenticated as a Rolex.
been wearing this a lot lately

realized just how often i was pulling my phone out of my pocket just to check the time, especially when card counting as there's never any clocks in a casino and they yell at you if you have your phone out
think i gotta poke a new hole in it because it's either just too loose or just too tight
i light the look of it, especially that it's not something that'll draw unwanted attention as i generally carry a ton of cash on me when i'm out because i'm usually headed to or from a casino or card room
