2025 WSOP!!
I know itβs early and normally Iβm not excited about WSOP this soon after but dang it, Iβm itching to go back already!
I
Probably, but not by as much as you think. I paced Rio off once and it was a little over 400 steps. If you're at the HS room elevators it's quite a few steps over to Paris and into the convention center where the WSOP is set up. Thankfully the convention center is at the north end of the hotel.
Agree. Rio to Paris is about 20-25 minutes walking (faster using the exit on Flamingo Road/crossing the Highway and through Aria, as opposed to walking directly on Flamingo Road).

Assuming you donβt get stuck at the highway entrances or crosswalks, this is probably pretty accurate. But who wants to walk 25 minutes with no shade in 110+ deg temps?
Not a huge difference. Paris is normally a bit more money, but when I made my reservations Paris was actually cheaper. Who knows why? Thing I didn't like about The Horeshoe is when you come down the elevators and exit through the gaming area, there's a big smoking section right there. I know this isn't a big deal for a lot of people, but I have asthma and walking through the fo
If you stay at Paris, be aware of the tower that they appropriated from HS. The rooms are probably no different than when it was HS, but it's a much bigger PITA to get to either HS or Paris convention center from there.

More like a 20 minutes walk and I only did it occasionally on the way back in the evening ; the bus runs frequently enough on Flamingo Road and the Transit app is pretty darn convenient and accurate, that I agree with you, it would be a hassle to opt to walk instead of hopping on a 2$ bus ride.
How do you know if you will end up in that tower?
I just booked a Bordeaux Room, 2 Queens at Paris for 6/16-6/19.
I'm not sure if you're mistaken or something, but that is just not true. I am able bodied and have made the walk from Aria to WSOP (and back) many times. When not crowded, it takes about 35 minutes; when crowded, around 40 minutes. Unless you have some hidden, straight direct route.I used to be naive and look at a google map of the Strip and think, "Oh, that's not bad. It's jus
I timed Excalibur to WSOP reg desk at 30 minutes last year. Aria <30 has to be very doable.
Cut across the bridge to PH. Go down the escalator. Continue to Paris. Enter Paris under Eiffel Tower. Head towards Cafe Americano.

Bordeaux is the original Paris tower.
Versailles is the tower that used to be 1 of 2 Horseshoe towers. At least some, maybe all, of the Versailles rooms have been renovated. Some also have balconies. But of the 3 towers on the H-P property, it is furthest from either of the wsop convention spaces.
I've heard that the Kings Room will not be at the WSOP this year. Anyone know if there will be another segregated section for the high limit cash game action or will those tables just be mixed in on the floor with everything else?
Does anyone knows if Horse Shoe still has separate room for Diamond or above to check in?

Yes, the room is to the right of the escalators that take you up to the walkway to the bazar shops and to the left of the check-in desk.
Was still there earlier this year, canβt imagine it being relocated.
Horseshoe showing a bit of a sale today. I changed my mid June booking from 3 nights to 4 for only $26 more. Could be my last rodeo. I'm old.
Close* to the deepstacks, important distinction! I stayed Versailles last time and it was really nice when I played one of the 10pm landmark megas haha. It was totally good/fine.
Meant to say βcloserβ but the bleeding edge technology in 2+2 forums doesnβt allow edits after a certain amount of time.
Anyhow, Iβm not sure if one even needs to come down all the way to the casino level in order to get to the Daily Deepstack ballroom floors, so itβs decidedly more convenient to stay in the rebranded Versailles tower for those events.

Confirmed you do not, you can take the same elevator that goes to the rooms to the floor that the ballroom is on.
Anyone know what the minimum amount is to start a tournament account this year? In past years it was $2500 or $3500 but can't find any info on it.
Do you think they will change the Cash deposit amount since you can buy in for like 300 to 600 ?
Colossus, Gladiators, Deep stack....
Does anyone have a link to the landmark satellite structure sheets? I can't find anything on the new website. If you play the $135 mystery millions landmark, I understand you need 10x the starting stack to qualify. What about the $240's? Do you only need 5x to win the $1,000?
